Supply of Labour: Unskilled Sweeping and cleaning of 13 Nos at 2nd floor & 2 Nos at 1st floor including open space, Common space and disinfecting of all the toilets and W.C with all necessary cleaning materials and equipments such as detergent powder, Bleaching powder, Antiseptic liquide, Napthalin etc and mopper, wipper etc. including disposal of refuses to the outside of the compound as per following process: A) Daily (excluding Saturdays, Sunday & holidays) Sweeping, cleaning and disinfecting of toilets in that area and dusting to all items of floor area etc.a) Sweeping , cleaning of 2nd floor & 1st floor including toilets b) Dusting of all office furnitureat different rooms B) Weekly disinfecting, washing with disinfecting chemical and detergent powder. a) Floor and toilets. b) Cleaning mirror and shelves at each toilets with glass cleaner at the office of Director of Pension, Provident Fund & Group Insurance Working days = 233 days @ 3nos. man/day =699 mandays.

Profit / Service Charges Total unskilled labour for working day round the clock for sweeping work including Service charges for all supplied of labours.

Supply of materials (All materials and equipments for the cleaning and disinfecting purpose have to be submitted by the agency to the concren A.E. at the time of commencement of the month and concern A.E. will issue the materials in regularly basis to the agency. Supply of Anticeptic liquid, Bleaching Powder, Napthalin, Detergent Powder, Wiper & Mopper etc. of approved brand of E.I.C. for cleaning / upkeeping of W/C pan, wash basin, Urinal, Sink, drain channel of toilet block and corridors, stairs & Ramps of the campus. The bidder have to details break up month wise of the all supplied materials in a sperate sheet. (Rate inclusives all taxes & duties)
