Expert Supervision for overhauling

a. Basic day rate charges for all the days from Monday to Friday (for 8 hours working) b. Basic day rate charges for Saturday/Sunday/Local Holiday/Standby days (for nil hours working)

Over time rates shall be charged for each subsequent hour worked beyond 8 hours of normal work (from Monday to Friday)

Over time charges charged for each hour worked on Saturday/Sunday/Local Holiday (for first 8 hours) in addition to the basic day rate stated in #10 above

Lodging and Boarding will be provided by IOCL, other wise Hotel charges & Food Bills shall be paid extra at actuals agaisnt submission of relevent bills but limited to SOR value. Remarks:Lumpsum rate has been mentioned for estimation purpose only, considering multiple number of visits/mandays.

To/Fro air fare charges from base station to Patna airport & to/fro charges from Patna airport to BR & back shall be paid extra at actuals against submission of relevent bills / boarding pases but limited to SOR value. Mobilization & de-mobilization charges are considered for 3 visits from vendor's location to IOCL BR. Remarks:Lumpsum rate has been mentioned for estimation purpose only, considering multiple number of visits/mandays.

To/Fro Local conveyance charges by A/C Taxi shall be paid extra at actuals agaisnt submission of relevent bills,but limited to SOR value. Remarks:Lumpsum rate has been mentioned for estimation purpose only, considering multiple number of visits/mandays.

"Clarification: (i) If a person works 10 hours on a Saturday or on a Sunday or on a holiday the charges applicable shall be a. Basic day rate-Rs. 27377.50 per day b. Over time rates special-Rs. 3422.19 per hour for 8 hours of working -Rs. 3422.19X8=Rs.27377.52 c. Over time rate Normal-For 2 hours worked beyond 8 hours of normal working-Rs. 5146.97X2=Rs. 10293.94 d. Total amount payable for 10 hours of work on Saturday or Sunday or a Holiday =27377.50+27377.50+10293.94=65048.94 (ii) If a person works 4 hours on a Saturday or on a Sunday or on a Holiday the charges applicable shall be a. Basic day rate-Rs. 27377.50 per day b. Over time rates special-Rs. 3422.19 per hour for 4 hours of working -Rs.3422.19X4=Rs. 13688.76 c. Total amount payable for 4 hours of work on Saturday or a Sunday or a Holiday=27377.50+13688.76=41066.17 "Special Note:- BOARDING/LODGING/TRAVEL/LOCAL TRANSPORATION: 1. All cost towards travel by air from base station to Patna airport shall be reimbursed by IOCL on production of documentary evidence, but limited to SOR value. 2. All travel from Patna airport to BR & back shall be provided by IOCL at free cost or if arranged by vendor, the same shall be reimbursed by IOCL on production of documentary evidence, but limited to SOR value. 3. All local conveyance & accommodation at Barauni shall be provided by IOCL at free of cost or if arranged by vendor, the same shall be reimbursed by IOCL on production of documentary evidence, but limited to SOR value. 4. Accommodation & expenses against meal during travel period shall be reimbursed as actual by IOCL on production of documentary evidence, but limited to SOR value. 5. 10% handling fee shall be paid extra on the above expenses such as Travel cost, Boarding & Loading charges etc. as per vendor's offer and thereby included in special terms & condition. 6. All other incidental cost shall be borne by M/S FS Compressor India Pvt. Ltd."
