SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I : E/M WORKS

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Split type Inverter type Air conditioner with indoor / outdoor units with cordless remote control unit Summer Cool / Turbo Cool and with in-built HD Filters / advanced Air Ioniser and Plasma filter, copper winding compressor, copper condensor for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 2.0 TR complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- 1. Rates for 5 years onsite replacement warranty is included in quoted rate. 2. The rate consider deemed to include of bracket for fixing of indoor and outdoor unit in wall of any height as directed by Engr-in charge. 3. The copper tube of suitable size and length (for each ACs), Drain pipe, cables with plug top are included in quoted rate. 4. Provision of passing of indoor/outdoor pipe from wall / core cutting in any type of wall are included with quoted rate.)

S & F voltage stablizer for automatic operation, sigle phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input varitation between 170 volt to 250 volt with output voltage stabilized at 230 volt with accuracy of ( + / - ) 2.5% and of capacity 4.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Rates for 5 years onsite replacement warranty is included in quoted rate.)

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of 4.0 Sq. mm PVC un-sheathed, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt, and one run of copper earth wire 4.0Sq mm drawn through PVC concealed conduict of 25 mm dia, including taking down unsv sub main wiring of any type, complete all as specified. Note: Copper conductor 2 run and one run of copper earth wire along with PVC concealed conduict shall be measured as one length & Cutting of chases/walls and making good the disturbed surface are included in the rate.

Supply and fixing of Factory made sheet metal enclosure for DBs double door (Fixed flush to the wall), TPN, 415 volt, 4 Way, IP-42 protection with 200 Amp rated bus bar and 1.5 Sq. mm copper PVC sheathed cable for earth continuity and suitable for having MCB’s , complete all as specified.

S & F Modular Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one SPN MCB of 20A rating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB 63Amp, 415 Volt, TP/TPN, breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' series, , complete all as specified

Supply and fixing of MCB 6 to 32Amp, 240 Volt, SPN, breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' series, , complete all as specified

M & L For Point Wiring complete with 1100 Volts, FRLS Grade, 1.5 Sq.mm, Single Core, PVC Insulated, Unsheathed, Multistranded Copper Conductor Cable, confirming to IS - 694 drawn through PVC Conduit concealed in Walls / Roofs / Floors / Ceiling etc. and Modular Type Pressed Metal Flush Box made out of 1mm thick GI Sheet of suitable size and including Modular type Base / Grid Frame & Cover Frame for housing Modular Type Switches, Sockets and Regulators etc. concealed in walls, including 1100 Volts, FRLS Grade, 1.5 Sq.mm, Single Core, PVC Insulated, Unsheathed, Multistranded Copper Conductor cable as earth continuity conductor with colour coding and connecting to Earth Dolly for One Fan Point controlled by One Switch complete all as specified. [Note- The PVC Conduit to Concealed in wall through cutting,Chassing,Pining in making good surfacing where required and pointing in cement mortar and making good for same unit rates are inculded for same]

Supply and fixing Modular switch 1 way 6A, 1 module single pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface bake lite 65 x 30 mm with 3 terminals complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F of metallic Exhaust fan of sweep 300mm along with metallic louver complete including cutting of wall, making of proper hole sufficient to fix exhaust fan and smoothing of the surface before fixing of exhaust all as specified and directed by Engg-in Charge.
