Providing, erecting, maintaining and dismantling floor-wise steel scaffolding for unsupported height up to 3.66 m using approved quality MS/GI steel pipes, adjustable jack props, steel centering/base plates, clamps and couplers, including racings, ledgers, transoms, joint pins, working platforms with Wooden planks / chequered plates, steps / ladder access leading to platform with handrails, guard rails and toe boards, erected with clamp fixing system, complete, ensuring the entire arrangement is tight, stable, plumb and safe, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Including Cost of all materials, labour for erection, maintenance and dismantling, tools & tackles, shifting and repositioning, safety arrangements, leads & lifts, overheads and contractor’s profit — complete in all respects. Earth work excavation and depositing on bank not less than one meter from the outer edges of the excavation, but shall be placed any where within 10mts.lead and 2mts. Lift as directed by the departmental officers in all soils up to excluding ordinary rock forming whenever necessary dressing the bottom of foundations to levels in all direction, well watered and thoroughly rammed before laying concrete etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Silt clearing including lifting, transporting and disposing garbage and debris wastes from work site to outskirts of Kurnool city with a lead of 10 Km including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges complete for the finished item of work.

Fabrication, transportation and supply of 20 Mtrs Polygon High Mast with two sections of bottom 4mm thick and top section with 3mm thick of bottom 460mm and top 150mm dia with BSEN - 10025 grade S 355 JO steel plate for shaft, IS 2062 for base plate, having a base plate of size 670mm dia 25mm thick with its accessories. Mast shall be in single section for 12 Mtrs and 2 sections for 16 and 20 Mtrs. Mast shall be hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity of 180 KMPH as per IS 875 part 3 including head frame, 2 point suspension system with steel rope 6mm dia (7/19) construction double drum winch / power tool operating speed of 900 RPM, and necessary cable trailer connections and single speed motor with M30 x 750 mm foundation bolts of required quantity and GI Pipe ring suitable for fixing luminaires with LED type aviation twin lamp.
