AME for repairs to Honda make existing portable petrol GEN sets available in Sri Vari Radhams at Transport, Tirupati pertaining to ESD-VJA for the year 2026-27

Annual Maintenance contract to the following 5.5 KVA to 7.0 KVA petrol Portable Honda make: EU65IS / EU70IS petrol GEN sets under single point service contract i.e., engine for the period of one year For the year 2026-27

(1) Sri Vari Radhams at Transport Tirupati - 2 Nos

i) The duration of contract is for 12 months from the site handover

ii) Check-up and service will be done twice a month in the contract period i.e., 6 Nos of services in the year.

iii) No extra labour charges will be given for any additional calls apart from the routine service

iv) The above annual maintenance services without spare parts lubricant oil, petrol, Kerosene, if required will be replaced on charge basis

v) The following jobs will be done during the routine service

a) Cleaning the air coolant element

b) Cleaning / adjust the spark plug

c) Top up / changing of oil

d) cleaning fuel filter

e) Checking output Voltage

f) Tightening nuts, bolts if necessary

g) Checking for abnormal noise

vi) Attending to the site when called upon.

vii) Attending to complaints / Breakdown calls whenever received.

viii) Reporting the healthiness of the DG sets suggesting improvements if any.
