Providing Water proof canopy tents for Water distribution points during Dasara 2026

Hire charges for erection, maintenance and removal of one 10'-0" × 10'-0" pagoda/canopy complete with sturdy MS frame, waterproof roof covering and side curtains on three sides as directed by the competent authority, including providing one 8'.0" × 4'-0" stage bench, two steel tables, three chairs, green carpet, one table fan, two LED/electrical lights, and one 10'-0" × 2'-0" banner with necessary supports, fittings and accessories, complete in all respects. The rate shall include all labour, materials, tools and plants, erection, dismantling, maintenance throughout the festival period, watch and ward against theft and fire accidents, to-and-fro transportation, power connections for lights and fan (excluding electricity consumption charges, if borne departmentally), and all taxes, loading, unloading and incidental charges required for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge/competent authority. The contractor shall maintain the entire setup in good condition during the festival period and remove all materials after completion of the festival, leaving the site neat and clean. The rate is inclusive of all items and is applicable for the festival period as decided by the Devasthanam. Note: It should be done in the same manner as carried out by the VMC Department Last Year.
