RequiredBidder should be proprietary company, private limited company or limited company registered under the Companies Act 2013 and companies act 1956 or any subsequent acts or any such laws with minimum two (2) years of existence registered in India.
RequiredThe bidder shall pay the EMD i.e., Rs.10,00,000/- using NET BANKING/RTGS/NEFT from their registered banks or in the shape of Irrevocable Bank guarantee in favor of The Commissioner, GVMC in the standard format issued by any Nationalized Bank or Scheduled bank. The bank guarantee shall be valid for 180 days from the date of bid Closing date.
RequiredOriginal Bank Guarantee and Declaration must be uploaded in the e-procurement portal at the time participation in the pre-qualification stage.

RequiredSuspension Based on Execution of Bid / Proposal Securing Declaration by the Authority or withdrawal of the Bid within Bid validity period.
RequiredThe Bidder shall have a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 5 (five) crores in any one financial year during the last ten financial years
RequiredThe bidder should produce liquid asset / credit facilities / Solvency certificates from any Indian Nationalized / Scheduled Banks for value of Rs.2.50 Crores
RequiredThe bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the operation and maintenance of Government Buildings, GVMC Buildings, Sports Complexes, Private Sector Buildings including but not limited to commercial, institutional, hospitality, and residential complexes, or other comparable facilities. in the last ten (10) financial years.
RequiredThe Bidder shall have paid a minimum Leasing Fee of INR 1 Crore (Rs100,00,000) to the Authority in any one (1) financial year during the preceding ten (10) years, for the operation and maintenance of Government Buildings,GVMC Buildings,Sports Complexes,Private Sector Buildings including but not limited to commercial,institutional,hospitality,and residential complexes,or other comparable facilities
