Hiring of Indoor/Outdoor Day & Night visible true colour fixed LED Video display system which includes the hire charges for labour, Transportation, incidental charges etc., complete finished item of work as per the direction of site Engineer at South & West Mada streets for live telecast of Sri Vari Navaratri Brahmotsavams-2026 for 9 days i.e. from 12-10-2026 to 20-10-2026 at Tirumala Note: The size of the LED Board shall be approx. :160 -240 sqft

Technical specification : (i) Brightness: Not lessthan 2000NIT to 6000NIT ii) Pixel pitch:3.9-4.8 mm iii) Protection rating : front side/IP65/66, Rear Side IP 54 Back (iv) Contrast Ratio: 4000:1 (v) Screen Bottom from ground Level : 4 ft to 5 ft with 4:3 aspect ratio. (vi)Viewing Angle : Horizontal : 120 Degrees to 140 Degrees. vii) Operating Environment : Temperature : 10 Degree Centigrade to 60 Degree Centigrade. viii) Type of Video Signal : Composite video signal. ix) In case Mesh/Strip/Carbon type LED Screens are provided, the rear side of the LED Screens should cover with black cloth to avoid the visibility of the rear side objects / lighting etc.

Special conditons as mentioned below (a)The rates are inclusive of Necessary OFC/Cat5 cabling and Modulators/ Demodulator/ Media Conversion accessories etc . (b)The successful tenderer has to attend for inspection of location of LED display boards to be installed along with DE(Elec),Tirumala & Dy.EE(R&B) soon after intimation. (c)The specified sizes of LED boards shall be installed as directed by the site Engineer (d)The boards are to be installed at a suitable height min.(4 to 5feet) above the ground level with the required scaffolding material by the contractor (e)The work includes transportation of LED display boards to and fro and all applicable taxes to the account of Contactor only. (f) The LED boards to be installed on hire basis, shall not be older than 36months. Copy of proof of purchase should be submitted before installation (g)The work shall be completed two days before the commencement of program. The tenderer is requested to note the period and quote accordingly

(h)The scaffolding provided to the LED board must be equal to the size of the board. No extra scaffolding on either size of the board will be permitted. (i)The technical committee from the department will inspect the factory/ stock point and verify the quality of the board to be supplied and physical verification of stock availability (LED Video display boards) The tenderer is requested to coordinate with the inspection team. (j) Afterer ection of the LED board, if any lines (horizontal/ vertical),heavy dot spots are observed duringoperation, the board is to be replaced with in12hours with a new board strictly as per specification. Otherwise payment will not made for the defective board

(k)During operation of the LEDboard,if the signal lossor any damage to display module occurs , the tenderer has to replace/ rectify the same with in an hour.Other wise proportionate deductions per hour will be made by engaging the LED boards locally. (l)The above prices are excluding GST but including transportation charges. (m)Only SVBC direct signal shall be given to the board saround the temple and Pushkarini. For outside area, Dish antennas may be used for the SVBC signal. (n)The tenderer/ contractor must be provide PA system at each of the display at various locations in entire Tirumala except 4- mada streets (o)Any defect noticed in any LED display board shall be rectified within half an hour other wise penalty will be imposed to deduct Rs.3000/- per hour per board till rectification

(p) 4Nos. of LED boards from out side are to be shifted and re-erected around Neelamandapam of pushkarini of (Sri TT) duly dismantling the existing boards as directed by the department during Chakrasnanam. Installation and testing of LED display board in puskarini shall be completed by 8.00PM on 22-09-2026 as Chakrasnanam will commence early in the morning on 23-09-2026. No extra charges will be made for this arrangement but this work must be done for Chakrasnanam. (q)The tenderer/ contractor must be provide PA system at each of the display at various locations in entire Tirumala except 4- mada streets (r)TTD is not responsible for any damages/ loss of material and workmen. The contractor shall have suitable insurance policy for carrying the above work

(s)The boards shall be operated asdirected by the Site Engineer including watch and ward, securities, operatorsetc.,.Minimum two operators shall be kept at each LED board during operation without fail especially in four mada streets (t)Power supply willbe extended to the nearest point of the LED board by TTD at free of cost. Necessary cables/wires required for extending power supply from the near by power supply point to the LED display board is to be account of contractor only. Necessary change over switches and connecting wires, earth connections to be provided by the contractor for extending power supply to the LED boards from main supply & generator supply. (u)The requirement of LED display boards are shown in the Bill of quantities. How ever the actual size of the boards willbe directed by the department as per site condition and requirement as directed. The extra LED boards will be decided by the department as per site condition and requirement

(v)The LED display boards are to be operated from 6.00AM to 2.00PM & 4.00PM to 1.00AM including watch and ward, Securities, Operatorsetc.,TTD is not Responsible for damage of LED display boards if the reis any damage due to falling down/ cyclone etc.,.If any damage to the materials/ work force, it is the risk and responsibility of the tenderer only. W)In door LED boards will not be accepted in out door area under any circumstances and no payment will be made under any circumstances (x)The tenderer is informed that TTD will not provide any accommodation for their workers or staff. It is the responsibility of the Contractor/ Firm to make arrangements for transportation to his/ their workers /staff. (y)100% payment will be made after completion of the work satisfactorily

NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
