M&L for Repair/Maintenance/servicing of ACB any capacity/type by cleaning the ACB by using air blower, tightening of connection/controls, checking of all fuses, sealing of ACB at bottom, repairing of ACB at bottom, repairing of mechanical parts, over hauling, oiling/greasing of all moving -parts and carrying out following checks for smooth functioning complete. (a) Visual Inspection (b) Checking of funtional locks, interlocks, signaling devices. (c) Checking of suitablility and correct operations of protections, control instruments and electrical connection of the circuit breaker operating mechanism. (d) Checking of Tripping Mechanism operation. (e) checking of standard voltage at PT. (f) Checking of breaker ON/OFF operation manually and electrically. (g) relay setting. (h) Checking of IR value of ACB. (I) Testing for proper funclity Note: (i) Major spare Parts if found unserviceable will be measured & paid separately as supply only as below and spare parts other than included in contract if reqd deemed to included in quoted rates for item no 1. (ii) Unserviceable parts shall be property of contractor as per credit schedule. (iii) Make approved as per OEM and compitible model shall be used only after approval of GE/Engr-in-charge.)

Supply only main CTs for ACB 1000/1250/1600A complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only adaptor type terminal for 3 pole/4 pole ACB 1000/1250A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only adaptor type terminal for 3 pole/4 pole ACB 1600A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only door inter lock for LT ACB any capacity and make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only spring charging indication switch for ACB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only trip indication switch for ACB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ACB 1000A 3 pole with micro processor release 50 KA draw out type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ACB 800A 4pole with micro processor release 50 KA draw out type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Earth fault relay for MCCB 400A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Earth fault relay for MCCB 500A to 800A complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc alongwith disconnecting u/s XLPE cable any size and taking out including bricks/cable cover for protection, sand cushioning and stacking, removal to store for re-use or for credit, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only old un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated and armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :-(i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.)

(Note : Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost).

Material and Labour for renewal of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Note : The Quoted rate for above item includes the cost of following : - (a) Earth electrode. (b) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point of 7.5 metre.
