Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Filling the gap in between aluminium/ stone/ wood frame and adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone/ wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum work by providing weather/structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540-F & ISO 11600.

Labour charge for dismantling of aluminium partitions / doors, windows, ventilators made up of extruded built up saluminium sections and other sections of approved make including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading and glasses /boards and stacking of all materials at site as per steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charge for refixing of the dismantled aluminium partitions / doors, windows, ventilators of extruded built up aluminium sections and other sections of approved make including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading and glasses /boards as per the approved drawing or as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. ( Materials to supplied by the department )

Providing and fixing 1.25 mm thick plain Polyvinyl chloride sheet in approved colour and shade in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Water thinnable cement primer.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Labour charge for fixing of the m.s.shutters with door frame dismanted from the existing brick wall and refixing the same in the existing R.C.C pillars for opening to outside all including cutting hole and filling with c.c. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size ) and finishing the surface with c.m. 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) including the cost of hold fast / dash hold fasterners and all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Deduct for taking into possession the unserviceable dismantled materials:

unserviciable aluminium sections
