Repair to chajja soffit and ceiling plaster, exposed reinforcement with 15 to 25 mm thick in two layers plaster in CM 1:3 in patches to make the surface even and smooth including chipping and cleaning the exposed reinforcement surface, applying cement slurry @ 3 Kg/sqm with necessary scaffoldings at any height complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based wall care putty to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of distemper acrylic emulsion of approved shade/tint over a coat of interior primer paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of newly exter wall/chajja surfaces and applying two coats of Anti fungal exterior emultion weather proof paint( Apex ultima protek of Asian paint or equivalent) over a coat exterior primer and putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
