Repairs to pot holes not exceeding 1 sqm including sweeping free from dust and mud cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5Kg per 10sqm puttting in premixed bituminous macadam and well rammed by using 8 to 12 tonne Power Roller ( i/c supply of premixed macadam and tack coat binder) for depth of pothole not exceeding 30mm, complete all as specified & directed by E-I-C.

M&L Premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness 75 mm or less with paving bitumen any penetration binder content @ 4 % by weight of total mix using hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller all as specified & directed by EIC.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose, dirt etc. and applying evenly a tack coat @ 5 Kgs /10 Sqm using paving bitumen complete with M&L, all as specified and directed complete as directed by E-I-C..

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphalted concrete 25 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content weight of total mix using hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver and applying premix sand seal coat of paving bitumen with 0.06 Cum of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using 8 to 12 tonne power roller with and including spreading thin layer of lime stone grit/dust and light rolling before opening for traffic all as specified & directed by E-I-C.

M&L for moorum/ red bajri spread, rolled and consolidated to 100mm and gradient and camber required as directyed by EIC.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound mecadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose ,dirt etc., all as specified & complete as directed by E-I-C.

M&L for 10cm thick (compacted thickness ) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size), spread, rolled & consolidated to gradient and camber required with granite, trap or basalt materials. Completed as specification & as directed by E-I-C.

Excavating over area in hard and dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out as specified & complete.

Removing excavated soil material exc. 500 m but n exc. 1.50 km and depositing where directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders exc 63mm and n.exe. 100 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the E-I-C.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4, type B0 using 20mm graded aggregate for foundations, including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beam bases for column etc.basement slab, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by E-I-C.

M & L for mild steel deformed or twisted bars of 8mm dia and above, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including M.S. wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made machine moulded kerb stone size 450 x 300 x 100 mm of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), i/c making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required & complete as specified & directed by E-I-C..

M&L for preparation of new or untreated of surface of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise. Apply primer one coat & two coats of sythetic enamel paint on surface of concrete/ cement plaster/ brick etc. complete as specified & directed by E-I-C.

Providing and fixing factory made rubber moulded, white cement based, pigmented blocks with lacquer coating & cured through drying process unidecor hydraulically pressed mechanically vibrated and compacted precast interlocking premium paver blocks (Make-Spectra, Raj,) in M40 grade, 80 mm thickness of approved size/design from any colour (colour-Red, Saffron, Dholpur, Olive green, Dove grey, black, brown, yellow) with providing & laying in position over 40 mm bed of sand or stone dust in line and level and joint filling etc. completed as directed by EIC.

M&L for 2.5 mm thick retro- reflective thermoplastic road marking paint of specified shade/ collour with glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm in line, dashes, zebra crossing lines, speed breakers etc. not exceeding 20 cm width using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi- automatic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads, dispenser propane tank heater and shoe heater driven by experience operator on road, surface of road to be clean free from dirt, seals, oil grease and forien material etc, complete all as manufactured instruction and as directed by E-I-C.
