(A) S.H. EARTH WORK Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

(B) S.H. CONCRETE WORK Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. (i) 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

(C) S.H. BRICK WORK First class brick work in superstructure above plinth level & upto floor-five level including cost of all materials as required complete.

(D) S.H. WOOD, PVC AND STEEL WORK Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : (i) Local teak wood

Providing and fixing panelled/ or panelled/ and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished/black enamelled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws excluding panelling and or glazing, which will be paid for seperately but including the wooden beading of 20 x 12 mm for fixing panelling and or glazing as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (i) Local teak wood 35 mm thick shutter

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veeners on both faces of shutters. (i) 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made of solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 60mm width & 30mm thickness and shall be fixed to wall as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge using 100x8 sheet metal CSK screws.

Providing and fixing 28 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 71mm width & 28mm thick as vertical & horizontal styles. Joints are made using solvent adhesive and GI ‘C sections (39mm x 19mm x 0.6mm thick) or M S pipe (40mm x 20mm ) stiffener frame insert & telescopic polymeric ‘L’ corners .The panel shall be filled with 3mm thick high - pressure compact laminate as per manufacturer’s specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge, cover moulding shall be provided for covering fixing screws and elegant look.( for W.C. bathroom door shutter).

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. (i) Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass handles with necessary screws etc. complete: (i) 125 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : (i) 300x10 mm

ii) 100x10 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S.sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete (i) 300×16 mm

(E) S.H. FLOORING WORK Providing and laying ceramic floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete. (A) Mat Finish Tiles/Anti-skid tiles/Glossy tiles (i) Ceramic Tiles 1st quality 300 x 300mm in all shades and designs

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622-2017 ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. (i) 450x300 mm in all shades and design.

(F) S.H. FINISHING WORK 12 mm cement plaster of mix (i) In cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand )

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix. (i) In cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand )

6 mm cement plaster of mix. (i) In cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand )

12 mm cement plaster of mix (i) In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Neat cement punning.

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint( one or more coats ) of required colour of approved rand and and manufacture on old work in/c preparation of surface as required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat ( Paymet shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer): (i) with ready mixed Pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wood work ( hard & soft wood)

With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacturer on steel galvanised iron/steel works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade (Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer):

(G) S.H. WATER SUPPLY AND SANITARY Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC soil, waste & vent pipes (working pressure 4 kg / cm2) conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion: (i) Single socketed pipe -75 mm OD
