MAINTENANCE OF RAILWAY SIDING OWNED BY BTPS AT TRIBENI HOOGHLY

Maintenance of Railway siding of BTPS at Tribeni,[15.07 ETKM (apprx)], Hooghly with engagement of bare minimum 15 nos listed & 04 nos non-listed workers along with supply/hire of necessary tools & tackles such as JIMCROW & DEEP TROLLY and other materials like PICK AXE, SPADE etc.. Required railway materials such as rail, sleeper, points & crossings including other P-Way materials will be issued from BTPS Store free of cost and the same is to be carried to the working site by the agency at his own cost and old materials collected from the working site will be stacked by the agency at scrap yard or any other place as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Detailed SCOPE has been provided in Scope of work under 'Instruction to Service Provider'. (Please enter basic rate in Rs.5,67,706.93 for this item. )

Engagement of 1(one) no Retired PWI or Railway consultant or Technical assistant[LCE/DCE-having at least 02 year experience in P-Way maintenance work] for supervising and monitoring of railway maintenance related works and reporting to controlling officer of the department regularly and other related works as per direction of the Controlling Officer / Engineer-in-charge. Authentic track fitness & health report is to be submitted weekly or as per necessity: Payment will be made on the basis of actual attendance of work. Service Charge on labour cost [i.e Over item no.01 & 02] of (Labour cost & PWI)

Tools, Tackles & consumable [petrol, pesticide etc.] [Note: - Payment will be made on the basis of submission of Bill, Challan, voucher etc.]

A) Cost of PPE for 15 nos listed workers for 02 years period [i) soap 6 nos per month, ii) Duster 04 nos per year, iii) Helmet 01 no per 2 year iv) Safety shoe 01 pair per year, v) Gumboot 01 pair per 2 year, vi) Hand gloves 01 pair per month, vii) Nose guard 02 nos per month]. B) Cost of PPE for 04 Non-listed worker for 02 years period [i) Safety shoe 01 pair per year, ii) Hand gloves 01 pair per month, v) Nose guard 02 nos per month]. [The PPE quantities are indicative only, but does not absolve the responsibility of executing agency to maintain the safety standard applicable within Factory area].
