Filling of foundations and basement with best river sand in layers of not more than 15 cms. thick each well watered to saturation and consolidated including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm ( 0.54 Cum), 20mm (0.27 Cum) and 12 mm (0.09 Cum)nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevent ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cms thick well compacted including curing,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supply and placing of M 25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20 mm HBG crushed metal 0.530 cu.m (707 kgs),. 10 mm HBG crushed metal, 0.362 cu.m (471 kgs) , sand 0.407 cu.m (616 kgs.) and cement 380 kgs with water cement ratio of 0.48 ( 182.40 ltrs/ cu.m of CC)etc., to site and including sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with cement from standard suppliers approved by the department but including cost of centering, shuttering charges and excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

Note : The design mix shall be got designed by furnishing the information required as per clause 19.1.1 &19.1.2 of IS 456-2000 by the contractor at his own cost and get approved from the competent authority before execution. The cement considered for above M25 grade concrete is 380 kgs/cu.m and the rate is arrived accordingly in the estimate. After the mix is designed and approved, if there is any variation in the quantity of cement, over the cement content adopted in the estimate, the same will be considered and paid/recovered at estimate rate + T.P ( Either increase or decrease in quantity adopted in the estimate). Payment will not be made for variation in the quantity of other materials such as coarse & Fine aggregates.

Supply, fixing and fabrication in position of M.S Tubes & pipes of all diameters as per IS 1161 including labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of welding rods, power charges and fixing in posion and Labour charges for fixing iron doors, Iron windows and window grills in position. The iron work is to be including painting the same with two Coats with Synthetic enamel paint in all shades grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre approved make and colour over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Supply, fixing and fabrication in position of M.S PLATES of any thickness including labour charges for fabricating steel works like Window Grills, Compound Wall Grills, Iron Doors, Windows including cost of welding rods, power charges, excluding cost of fixing in position and labour charges for fixing iron doors, Iron windows and window grills in position. The iron work is to be including painting the same with two Coats with Synthetic enamel paint in all shades grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre approved make and colour over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Construction of Brick Masonry in CM (1:5) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm) including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Plastering in Cement mortar (1:5) 12 mm thick using best river sand including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Painting two coats with Acrylic Emulsion paint interior grade -I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter over a coat of cement primer of interior grade-I (Total three coats) of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal new walls.

Painting two coats for new work with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter and one coat of Cement primer for exterior grade - 2 (Total three coats) of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforcedwith 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads anduPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (whitepowder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylonrollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screwsetc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at allcorners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage ofwater etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finishedwall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod ofrequired size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing& direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent . Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerancein dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted. Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47mm thickness (Total Coated Thickness-TCT), Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours with minimum end lap of 15 cms etc.,complete as directed during execution (Original coil shall be of make TATA Blue scope/JSW)

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint Gr-I over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

RCC M- 20 Design mix using 20mm HBG crushed metal 0.480 cum, 10mm HBG crushed metal 0.320 cum, sand 0.400 cum and cement 350 kg with water cement ratio of 0.53 (185.5 Lit per cum of CC ) etc. horizontal plain sunshades or lofts projecting from the face of the wall 65mm average thickness,80mm thick at the face of the wall and 50mm thick at the free end and cast monolithically with the lintels or tailed to the full thickness of the wall where there are no lintels using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing , etc.,complete, but including cost of centering charges and excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work. -do- 0.60m width in first floor.
