Demolition brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 300mm dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick/stone/concrete wall surfaces of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre depth for foundation, manhole etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 metre in depth including getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 CM complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil/material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channeland drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel any inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mould, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 11 above, but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. (Bricks obtained from demolition shall be re-used)

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in window or door cill,lintel, benching to drain, holdfast, coping, bed block, posts, boundary pillars, bonders etc. and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR), waste and vent single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 50-65mm thick precast RCC manhole cover slab of size (450x900mm/450x1200mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Pre-Cast Factory made RCC1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover slab finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Top surface will be chequered finish) with Plain faces, all round 2mm thick plain sheet on the edge painted with bituminous paint on external surface, two nos PVC counter sunk handle 12mm dia and RCC cover should be engraved CA No and MES and set in cement Mortar 1:4, including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
