Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Surface escavation not exceeding 30 cm deep, averaging more than 15 cm but not exceeding 25 cm in deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge

M&L for Shingle filling in floor or paving, laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and blinded with earth and rammed including watering, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc n exc 1.5m high from base, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 Tonne and n exc 12 tonne, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub-base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber with 8-12 tonne power roller, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick water bound macadam in two equal layers of 75 mm each (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of stone (Granite, trap or Basalt) of grading - 2 ( 63 mm to 40 mm size ) or of grading - 3 ( 50 to 20 mm size ) and consolidated to required gradient & camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a prime coat of cationic bitumen emulsion (SS-1) conforming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.70 - 1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in table 500-3 of Morth specification for road and bridge work 2013 using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen Vg-30 @ 4% (minimum) by the weight of total mix of any penetration compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tone power roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : (i) No extra allowances shall be admissible to the contractor if the bitumen content is required more than 4% by the weight of total mix as per approved design. The contractor shall quote the rate accordingly.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.20 - 0.30 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in table 500-5 of Morth specification for road and bridge work 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface by air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness (minimum) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen Gde-VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and pre-mixed material laid with mechanical paver, finished including rolling to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required compaction complete all as specified in the relevant clauses of SSR Part-I (2009) and, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note : (a) Rate deemed to be included for making good of any undulation/damages in wearing surfaces, where semi sense asphaltic concrete to be laid. (b) Semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as specified and binder content shall be provided as per design mix, contractor shall quoted his rates considering the bitumen contents as 5.5%. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of Rs 50.00 per kilogram of binder but variation in binder plus side shall not be paid extra contractor shall quote accordingly.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with coat road marking paint, white or golden yellow adequate No of coats, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing of metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of plastic speed bump of 750 mm length x250 mm width x75 mm height and made of ABS material with 2 no's high reflective reflector moulded in PMMA and fixed with 4 Nos nail and epoxy adhesive (base bumper and hole) on road surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC M-20 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC M-20 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses etc, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC M-20 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter fair finished surface of concrete flat complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc., vertical or to batter fair finished surface of concrete flat complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) including edges fair finished surfaces of concrete flat etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-O, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter rough finished surface of concrete flat complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying & testing of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100Volt grade on walls with fixing accessories of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, bricks protection & GI pipe where required shall be measured & paid separately.

S&F XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100Volt grade on walls with fixing accessories of size 10 Sqmm 4 Core cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screw as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meter long including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including 3 Nos bend/strips with yellow colour (300 mm wide each) synthetic paint at a distance from plinth block and making pole No with black synthetic enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Excavating & PCC work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

S&F of street light bracket made out of GI tubing 25 mm bore medium grade 1.20 Mtr long bend to required shape as in bracket for street light fittings fixed with two No of MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm size and 30cm long clamp of required shape with bolts nuts and washers suitable for building security light including painting of mild steel flat iron surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of cable junction box of size 155x210x92 mm with terminals for street light pole with GI Clamps to fix on Steel tubular pole black coloured for out door installation with cable entry of 10-16 sq mm with suitable size of terminals, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type, B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in copings, bed plate, fillets and other similar works including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, bending and haunching of hume pipe etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 n exc 3.0 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Laying of Sub-Class B Bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note. The painting shall be carried out through mechanical appliances by the company's approved applicator).

M & L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting GI pipe, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- GI pipe Shall be measured and paid respective

S&F of GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joints with all fitting, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 1.5 sqmm 3 core copper cable for street light connection from junction box to light fitting, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
