SCHEDULE `A' ( ELECTRIFICATION) Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed .

Material and labour for laying well burnt old size bricks, fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Supplying and fixing Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings of 40 mm bore dia, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Disconnecting & taking out defective under ground LT cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor ,wall etc including bricks ,GI pipes and removing from work site of unserviceable material and keep serviceable material for reuse in safe custody for any size complete as directed (Excavation/earth work shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of this schedule)

Supply, laying , jointing and testing LT underground electric power cable XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured / PVC insulated armoured cable 1100 volts grade,heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross section area of 16 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing and connecting accesoriessuch as aluminium cable lugs, cable glands, nuts and bolts, washer etc laid in trenches / laid under floor or fixed to walls/on poles / in ducts etc complete all as specified Note: (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick / GI Pipes shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items)

Supply and fixing in repairs street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia 1.2 mtr length bent to shape and reduced to required size at top upto 1.5 mtr length by cutting, welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 40 x 6 mm suitable length 2 Nos complete with drilling, hole, fixing with nuts bolts and washers including painted with two coats aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for LED street light epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with weatherproof gasket for LEDs and control gear compartments, pressure die-cast aluminium frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws, input voltage 140-280 Volts, delivering lumen eual to/greater than 3300 lumen, system wattage 30 Watt, Ingress protection IP-66 with all acessories including taking down unserviceable light fitting and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for LED street light epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with weatherproof gasket for LEDs and control gear compartments, pressure die-cast aluminium frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws, input voltage 140-280 Volts, delivering lumen eual to/greater than 4950 lumen, system wattage 45 Watt, Ingress protection IP-66 with all acessories including taking down unserviceable light fitting and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Digging out incoming and outgoing cables of any sizes from loop near junction box/ feeder pillar box in tranches, cutting burntout uninsulated portion of cable abd rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable under ground aluminium conductor in trenches and returning and filling the excavated soil and connecting the cables with bus bars including provision of lugs as applicable and testing complete all as specified.

Taking down of old flood light fitting any type and Supply, testing and fixing of new flood light luminaries LED type with minimum 140 lumens per watt, integral driver, IP 65, Class I with C clamps mounting and LM6 pressure die cast housing with hight efficiency glass cover system power 70 watts and making necessary electrical connection with suitable size PVC insulated copper multi stranded cable, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs powder coated Mild steel junction box of size 250 mm x 190 mm x 150 mm, out door type, weather proof, factory made out of CRCA sheet 2.00 mm thick CPRI Approved with front openable hinged door having rubber lining, painting internally and externally with powder coated locking arrangements with 4 Nos copper bus bars , 100 Amps, mounted on porcelain insulator, glands and lugs etc. including one No MCB SP, 6 Amps, 10 kA, fixed on insulator and fixed on box in DIN rail , fix to pole with suitable size of FI clamps, nuts , bolts and washers complete with and including making good surface of existing surface and making connections complete all as specified including taking out old unserviceable one of any type. Note : Rate quoted against the item will include for making suitable nitch for taking out the old junction box from its existing position incluidng cutting the existing pole couping / foundation and making good disturbed surfaces with using required OPCC 1:2:4 type B0 / 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4)

Supplying and fixing in repair single run 2 core ,1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor cable, over all PVC sheathed, 1100 Volts grade confirming to IS-694-2010 (FRLS) heavy duty cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed from pole junction box to light fitting complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs 20 mm nominal bore dia, UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed to pole, any type including provision MS clamp of size 20mm x 3mm flat at interval of 1.5 m length complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repair power contractor 50 amps 3 pole 415 Volts AC 50Hz,including connecting with existing system complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair of multifunction digital timer switch (5-40) Amps , 240 Volts , AC , Singlephase complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repair of multifunction digital timer switch (10-60) Amps , 240 Volts , AC , Three phase complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB TPN 63 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 415 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessry connection all as specified and directed. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supply and fixing in reapirs Time lite distribution board with in sheet steel enclouser of capacity 65 Amp comprising of 3 pole 65 Amp power contactor with coil voltage 415 Volt AC, MCB TPN 63 Amp 10 KA, Analog time switch and togle switch two way for manual and auto operation with and including internal connection with suitable size copper conductor wire complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all electric connection and Taking down of street light fittings of any type size and model removing of unserviceable spares / accessories for repair/replacement of the same including refixing of street light fittings to existing pole/High mast and testing complete all as directed. Note :- The unit Rate shall be deemed to be included for the following nature of work. A BOO shall be assembled for deciding the spares to be changed and paid against supply only items. (i) Contractor shall provide one Electrician and two helper along with tools and wooden lader. (ii) Spares/Parts for reapir will be measured and paid saperatly as supply only under relevent item of this schedule.

Supply only Electronic driver suitable for 45/48 Watt LED Street light fitting of any capacity.

Supply only Electronic driver suitable for 20-30 Watt LED Street light fitting of any capacity.

Supply only Surge protector of capcity 5 KV suitable for fixing in LED Street light fittings.

Material and labour for removing old painted surface and apply two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent adhesion with superior finish to PCC pole 9.00/9.50 mtr long including cross arms/street light bracket after preparation of existing painted surface including marking the strips of one feet each on pole with red and white exterior acrylic emulsion paint two coat upto 6 feet from the bottom of pole (Total 6 Nos strip of one feet each) and re-numbering of pole with approved size of letter (Example : CZ- 001) with synthetic enamel paint on black colour background and white colour lettering complete all as specified and directed
