5 The above amount derived by adopting prevailing minimum wages rate including prevailing provisions of EPF, ESIC & Bonus as per rule, GST will be paid extra

on bill amount as per prevailing GST rates as applicable at tha time of payment of bills.

6 Bidders has to put their bid considering above all this provisions and requirements of paying the wages to the persons enraged as per charges applicable the

contract period. Minimum labour wages considered for the tender are as per labour commissioner Gandhinagar letter Dt.29/03/2025 . Bidders has to pay as per

minimum labour wages to be declared in future by labour department during the contract period and further increment or decrease in the tendered rate will be

paid or deducted to bidder for future increments or decrease in minimum wages as calculated in item.

7 Bidders shall have to provide the required documents and evidence of payment made to the men enraged on the work including certified copies of EPFO & ESIC

challans while claiming each R.A. Bill.

8 I/We hereby declare that, I/We have carefully studied conditions of contract, Specifications & other than tender documents of this work and agree to execute

that same accordingly.

9 Agency shall have to upload the Scan Copy of Security Deposit of 12 Months as per Below amount quoted for Material part, Otherwise the tender of the agency

will not be opened.

10 If Agency fail to provide material as per tender, the above security deposit will be forfeited by department and punishable action shall be taken as per tender

11 The payments must be paid in the workers bank account directly. Payment of all workers must be done before 10th day of successive month. If fails, to do

same, penalty of Rs.1000/- per day.

Bidder has to quote the "service charge" From 3.85 % to 10 % on Sch B amount for qualifing Tender Approval process i.e Bidding procedure for this

manpower work. The rate quoted shall be responsive and the same shoud be inclusive of all statutory obligation such as Minimum wages, ESI, EPF

contributions, Bonus Wages for leave reserve as well as salary slip, Maintenance of record, Stationary etc., service charge all kind of taxes, the offers of those

prospective bidders which do not meet the statutory requirement are liable to be rejected.
