Lifting of these material with the help of manual labour and hydra/crane, shifting and proper stacking in scrap/obsolete area. Cost includes all labour and hiring of hydra/crane charges and other associated work to perform the job satisfactorily

Supply and fixing of 01 no,415 volt,16 A,4NO,contactor for main supply of cooling fans installed on T/F .Work includes proper connection of contactor with ACDB or AC cubical installed in the switchyard at 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab

Supply and fixing of fan control contactors of rating 230v,9A,08 NO,for auto function of cooling fans and relays of rating 230 V,9A,02 NO+02NC for supply monitoring for cooling fans.

Supply and fixing of 3 pole MCB of rating 230 V, 2A, on the rail fixed on the front side of marshaling box at 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab

Supply and fixing overload relay (Type 3US5000) of rating (0.5-2A) for cooling fan of transformers on the front side of the marshaling box at 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab.

Checking of all wiring and rectification for proper automation of cooling fans of transformers. Interconnection with proper ferrules and lugs of suitable size, if required in the marshaling box. Work includes supply and fixing of cable gland(19mm dia) ,wire , rail base, ferrule, lugs as required for proper operation of T/F marshaling box at 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab.

Supply and fixing of 03nos. time delay relay (ON DELAY), of rating 230 volt, 1CO for fan failure indication and stand by fan on indication of standard make at 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab

Supply and fixing of fan control switches for on/off control of fans (ON/OFF) of ratings 415 V, 10A of standard make at 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab.

Supply and fixing of fan control contactors of type 3TS30 and rating 230 V,9A,6NO+2NC for control operation of cooling fans of standards make at 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab.

Providing and fixing of terminal block (B3/M3 stud type) of rating 415 V, 32A, for interconnection of fan control circuit, auxiliary protection (OTI, WTI, Buchholze, , OSR,) from field to relay panel, and also for annunciation for indication of type of faults. All material provided by contractor at his own cost at 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab

Electrical connection of RTCC panel with 63MVA-I transformer at 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab including Laying,dressing and binding of cable including fixing of cable tray support structure and termination of cable making the loop and its ferruling as per schedule and interconnection as per requirment of RTCC panel. Work includes all men, extra material(if required) & T&P will be provided by contracor without any extra cost.

Loading of 33KV Tripple feeder panel at 132KV S/S DLW. Work includes shifting of 33KV TFP from storage place to road side, loading safely on private vehicle with the help of hydra/crane. Cost includes hiring of hydra/crane charges and other associated work.

Loading of 36KV VCB at 132KV S/S Sarnath. Work includes shifting of 36KV VCB from storage place to road side, loading safely on private vehicle with the help of hydra/crane. Cost includes hiring of hydra/crane charges and other associated work.

Safely carriage of 01no. 36KV VCB and 01no. 33KV Tripple feeder panel from 132KV S/S DLW and 132KV S/S Sarnath to 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab having one side distance approx. 35Kms.

Unloading of 36 KV VCB, 33 KV Tripple feeder panel at 132 KV S/S Raja KA Talab with the help of hydra/crane and proper shifting it into store.

Proper and safe dismantling of following 33KV Tripple Feeder panels. Job includes checking of cable, disconnection of cable, removing of earthing strips, opening of bolts and safe shifting of panels from site to store of sub station. i) At 132KV S/S Manduadih - 02No. ii) i) At 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab - 01No.

Erection and commissioning of following 33KV Tripple Feeder panels. Job includes shifting of panels from store to control room of sub station, its proper fixing on plinth, proper tightening of bolts, checking/identifying and termination of control cable on panel as per schedule and proper earthing using proper size of MS Strip. i) At 132KV S/S Manduadih - 02No. ii) i) At 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab - 01No.

Dismantling of old 33KV VCB installed at 33KV Rohnia feeder at 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab with the help manual labour by opening all connections, terminations and proper shifting of this into store.

Erection of new 33KV VCB at 33KV Rohnia feeder at 132KV S/S Raja Ka Talab by safely shifting of this on structure with the help of manual labour and making connections with the help of breaker clamps, termination of control cable and other associated work.
