Taking down existing roof treatment any thickness including plastering, leaping plaster of any thickness cuting & up rooting tree roots/vegitable growth & removing the debris from the premises upto 1.5 km from the MOD land including cleaning/washing down and keeping surfaces clean complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry (@ 3 Kg of cement per Sqm) mixed with water proofing compound in the proportion ,water proofing compound, water and cement (1:4:7) or as per manufacturer's instructions for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ"

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) ,type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound, mixed in proportion 200 milli litre per 50 Kg of cement as in padding, benching, sunken portion etc.,on roof surface for correcting/ making proper slope on roof, etc.,complete all as specified and directed. Note:Water proofing compound shall be included in subject item.

M & L for cutting 75 mm wide and 65 deep in brick wall/PCC block/RCC surface any location shaping horizontal face groove filled with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with and including chemical compound mixed in proportion 200 mili litre per 50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions laid when concrete is still green, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Water proofing compound shall be included in subject item

M & L for application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over non accessible/ non approachable RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall( horizontal/vertical surface) to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer/authorized applicator of the manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly with wire brush & apply 10 mm thick plaster /rendering in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions (b) Applying approved bituminous based primer( conforming to IS: 3384-1995) @ 0.50 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer modified prefabricated membrane) modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gms/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 150 Kg / Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 Kg /Sq.cm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP modified polymeric membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Applying two coat of bituminious based Aluminium Paint @ 0.3 Kg /sqm over APP Membrane. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M& L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20 kg per sqm in sunken portion including cleaning of surfaces complete.after treatment the same shall be tested for leakage/seepage/dampness by ponding with water for 72 hours complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesives shall be provided over treatment, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:5:10), type E-2 (using 40 mm graded brick aggregate) as in sunken portion, sub-base, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 1.00 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars including segregation of serviceable bricks for reuse & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with using fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M& L for Brick work with using fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plastering on fair face of brick masonry/concrete surface etc in cement mortar (1:6) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying 2 mm thick (minimum) wall care putty(make:J K /BIRLA) in two layers to make entire surface free from undulations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepatation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of any shade over a coat of chalk whitening primer on walls surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement omplete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling including cornices, by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove dust, dirt and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign material, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including filling the cracks and depressions with putty and applying two coat of white wash (lime) on ceiling surface at any height complete all as specified and directed.Note :Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in building/structure( like stair case, mummty ,Over head tank(OHT),sump etc of any height including necessary scaffolding )

Demolition of plain cement concrete(un-reinforced) of any description and in any position of any thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for post construction anti termite treatment for treating along the external wall & plinth below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified & directed .

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 75mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in the ratio 1:3 including necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base/levelling of floor and finish rough surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced as in roof projection, chullah hoods, shelves, cover slab and platform, etc,including removal of rubbish out off MOD land etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kitchen platform, shelves ,man hole cover slab, etc. in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates)as in roof projection drop/chajjas etc. including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work & scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over grade Fe-500D, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for mirror polish machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20mm -25 mm thick( size not less than 575 mm X 575 mm), laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing with beeswax polishing into mirror finish over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specifed & directed.

M& L for mirror polish machine cut Kota stone slab 16 to 18mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados in narrow width, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing with beeswax polishing into mirror finishover 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for grinding, rubbing and polishing with Beewax polish (minimum in two layers) of exiting kota stone slab flooring to achive mirrror finish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 375 mm x 250 mm x7mm/450 mm x 300 mm x7 mm thick ,as in vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles, over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying/fixing/erection vertically 20 mm thick granite slab (or any type) table rubbed and pre mirror polished in steps,jambs, pillar,window cill,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) etc including dismantling of exsting slab complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sqm sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) etc including builders hardware etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for 1.25 mm thick pressed steel frames of size 165 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc including plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling in pressed steel door complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted unit rate under this item shall deemed to be included (i) one shop coat of primer (ii) a coat of bitumen paint of inner side of pressed steel door frame before filling of PCC.
