Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) with 20 mm graded aggregate, block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover, shelves, chajjas etc and set in CM 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for water proofing treatment to roofs surfaces including a coat of cold applied bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 Lit per sqm evenly on roof surface and a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on primed surface and laying of 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm) unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate with side over lap of 75 mm & end over lap of 100 mm and then scaled/ fused by flame or bitumen and a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane as per manufacture instruction and finally it will be finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.
