B) WORK ASSOCIATED WITH CONSTRUCTION OF NEW LINE PORTION AND INTERCONNECTION WITH EXISTING LINE INCLUDING NECESSARY DISMANTLING :

i) Construction of new Line portion and Interconnection with existing Line :

1) Survey & Profile.

2) Check Survey & Peg Marking of Section Towers.

3) Excavation of Foundation for 220 K.V. Double Circuit Towers after necessary approval of type of Foundation.

4) Stub Setting for multi- circuit towers

5) CONCRETING

6) Installation of re-enforcement

7) Erection of 220 kV Multi circuit tower including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators, hardware & accessories etc.

8) Stringing of ACSR 'Zebra' Conductor in all Phases of both Circuits (6 Phases+3 phases of multi circuit tower approx 2.96km) including Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping etc. of Conductors with associated Insulators alongwith necessary Shifting of all materials i.e. Conductors, Insulators, Tension Fittings, Suspension Fittings, Vibration Dampers from Store to Line Site & from Section Tower to Section Tower and Jumpering between Section Towers.**

9) Stringing of OPGW by Shifting from Store to Line site and from Section Tower to Section Tower; Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping of OPGW with Tower using associated Fittings, Vibration Dampers etc. between Section Towers.

10) Tack Welding of Bolts & Nuts upto 1 section Section.

11) Pipe Earthing of Towers including digging of earth etc.

C) Dismantling of Existing 220 kV Hardoi Road-Kursi Road Line

1) Anchoring by providing of Stay on Cross Arms of Section Towers at loc no. 57 and 67 before destringing of existing conductors including suitable fixing of Stay Rod by making cc foundation and Anchoring after successful stringing of new conductors. (01 job per crossarm)**

2) De-stringing of ACSR 'Zebra' Conductor in all Phases of both Circuits (3 Phases) along with all associated hardware’s, insulators & fittings for loading & unloading purpose.( 01 job for each section)**

3) De-stringing of Earthwire **

4) Safe Dismantling of 10 Nos. 220 KV Towers from Loc No 57 to 66.**

5) Transportation of Dismantled tower, conductor drum, insulator hardware fitting etc from line site to store at 220 kV S/S Hardoi Road, Lucknow along with loading, unloading & proper stacking.**
