Taking down carefully unserviceable Aluminium/Copper point wiring complete (light, fan socket, bell or power) with fitting such as switches, ceiling rose lamp holder, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and keeping in safe custody for taking credit (credit for above item should be made as per condition seperatly) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc complete all as specified.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any size incl batten conduit earth wire etc and making good disturbed surfaces to match the existing surface complete all as specified.

Taking down unservecable TPN DB with MCB's of any make/capacity complete all as specified.

Taking down unservecable MCB DB SPN with MCB's of any make/capcity complete all as specified.

Point wiring for one light point controlled by one switch 5 amp one way using cable 1.5 sqmm for phase and neutral and 1.5 sqmm for earthing and connected to common earth duly using FRLS-H PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor cable with proper colour coding drawn through and incl PVC casing and caping of approriate size to be terminated in sunk cast iron pressed steel terminal boxes with all fitting such as Tee, connector, pieces, L-junction etc on joints including CI/MS/PVC sunk box of required size for mounting switches socket regulator etc with 3 mm thick ISI marked hylam sheet on surface of wall/ceiling and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specification complete all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable electric storage water heater any type/size, supply and installation of electric storage water heater (vertical type geyser five star rating, 25 ltr capacity 240 V, AC single phase having stainless steel inner tank incl heavy duty pin type fasteners 4'' long and PVC flexible connection pipe as per site requirement incl plug in top 15 amp and making necessary inlet/outlet water connection and making good disturbed surface of walls to match with existing surface complete all as specified. Note - Old unserviceable electric water heater to be deposited in MES store yard.
