Supply & laying 150mm bore MS Pipe, heavy grade, confirming to IS1239:2004 with all fittings, welding, testings etc. laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc. including providing two coats of anti corrosive paint over & including one coat of primer on external surfaces of pipe complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L galvanized iron pipe 50mm bore, medium grade, ISI marked, confirming to IS 1239:2004 with all fittings and fixed on wall complete all as specified & directed

M&L Insulation of 150mm bore MS Pipe with PUF slab 40 mm thick with and including applying bituminuous compound and GI cladding with 26 gauge GI sheet complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of 50mm bore Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, ISI marked confirming to IS 778, including cutting / threading and welding of existing GI pipe complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 including dismantling of old mild steel work as existing complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm and dia of neck 5mm to 10mm including dismantling of old nut, bolt, washer etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/stages, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & installation in replacement Analogue Pressure Gauge, Glycerin filled pressure gauge with gauge cock , having following specification complete all as specified & directed:- (i) Pressure Gauge : Case & Bazel Ring SS - 304 Snap action Bayonet type (ii) Bourdon & Movement : SS - 304. (iii) Pressure Element : SS - 316. (iv) Ambient Temp : 10°C ~ 45°C. (v) Socket : SS - 304. (vi) Window : Toughened Glass . (vii) Mounting : Bottom Center. (viii) Accuracy Class : 1.6 as per EN 837-1. (ix) Nominal dia size : 100 mm. (x) Pointer : Not adjustable, Aluminum Black. (xi) Gauge Cock : Gauge cock should be in stainless steel with threaded connection suitable for nominal pressure of 16 Bar. (xii) Connection size : 1/4" BSP - 3/8" BSP (xiii) Syphon

Supply & Installation in replacement Thermometer, case and bezel moc shall be cast aluminum 304, weather proof as per IP - 65. Immersion length around 200 mm, Connection 1/2" BSP with SS 304 thermowell dully filled with mercury complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair water flow switch 220 volt AC, 10 Amp, 25mm, brass body complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement Leaving water temp(LWT) and Entering water temp(EWT) sensors with probe as per the plant capacity along with minimum 6 mtr of suitable core of copper cable as per existing size complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Electrical insulating rubber mat of size 2.0 mtr x 1.0 mtr, 3mm thick, tested for LT voltage 1100 volts complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement Balancing valve size 80mm with built in flow measuring capacity with CI body flanged construction with EPDM coated disc with long pitch with protected out pipe insulation & PN 16 pressure rating for chilled / hot water circulation complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 6.0 sqmm, 3 core, 1100 Volts grade including taking out of old unserviceable cable complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement triple layer, ISI marked, 5000 ltr capacity, rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including construction of its staging as per drawing complete all as specified & directed

S&F in replacement triple layer, ISI marked, 10000 ltr capacity, rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including construction of its staging complete all as specified & directed.
