Earthwork excavation for foundation in all kind of soils and sub soils to full depth except hardrock,medium rock,requiring blasting inclusive of shoring,strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and compacted and depositing the surplus excavated earth in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters clearing and levelling the site complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers. Providing and placing Plain cement concrete M10 grade using crushed broken hard granite course aggregate (well Graded) of Nominal maximum size of 40mm to Ls specified grading (to achieve the specified characteristicik strength of 10N /mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling (pumping and dewatering wherever necess eng placing in layers and vibrating water curing finishing hte surface with all leades and lifts etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement concrete M15 grade using crusher broken ard granite course ageregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40% of 20mm and 60% of 40 mm down graded to IS specified grading (to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer placing in layers and vibrating , water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc, complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits with strutting up to 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90cm. X 60cm. thickness of and B.G.10 stiffened with welded Mild Steel angles of size 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over country wood joists of size 10cmX 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia (spaced at 75cm) Centre to centre etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of Mild Steel (MS) or Ribbed Tor Steel (RTS) of grills for all R C C works including cost of steel, binding wire and labour charges for decoiling cutting, bending and tying the grills etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Shutter Groove Angle made up of 65x65x6mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25x25x6mm Mild steel angle 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12mm mild steel plate of size 0.30 x 0.15m 2Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking and the section stores. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The Rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod,conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly medium duty with hexagonal nut (Approximate 70 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust fre bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at sectio store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size above 1.00 m and upto 2.00m width consist of skin plate made out of 8mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100x50mm mild steel channel at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipment. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipment. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipment required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Bitumen Felt 15mm thick pad for Expansion joint etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers

Providing PVC Pipes 90mm Dia (4Kg for Sq.cm) for pressure relief holes in Retaining wall etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers

Dewatering using 10 HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire Charges,cost of Diesel, Engine oil,, pump oprator,Labour Charges,conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back,loading,unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying with a lead of with lead of 0 to 100 m and extra lead of 200m by deploying earth moving machineries and tippers for formation of bund in layers of suitable thickness, depending upon type of compaction equipment deployed and not exceeding 23cm thickness, benching of slopes prior to placement of earth fill, breaking clods, formation of bund, breaking clods, sectioning extra watering to OMC and compaction of each layers to 95% of proctor density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (8-10 ton vibratory power roller/short width (+0.90M width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller/fuel-operated or electrical operated vibratory plate compactors ensuring compaction of designed bund section including side slopes compaction complete as per specifications etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Earth work in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 to 100 metre deploying earth moving machinery and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning etc., including loading into lorries and conveying them from local tank with a lead of 28km and unloading the earth spreading the earth watering consolidating etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Earth work excavation for desilting the existing rivers / canals / channels/odai/ nullas / drains/flood bowls/tanks/ reservoirs etc., consisting of very loose soil, silt, oily silt, slushy, marshy, loany, organic soil, sea shell and flat mica particles with zero present air void in unhygienic & insanitary conditions in under water and not under water deploying earth moving machinery with suitable floats buoys barge/ hydraulic excavator & other mechanical devices including the cost of hire charges for machinery, with cost of skilled operators with helper & cleaners for the entire operations to reach the banks in which the removed silt & sludge has to be dumped over either one of the rivers / canals / channels/odai/ nullas / drains/floods bowls / tanks / reservoirs etc, bank whichever is convenient as per the prevailing site conditions for easy conveyance and including jungle clearance etc. complete complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineers
