Charges for Dismentaling of Old ACAR Conductor L.T. Line including re-rolling back its conductor, wire, clamp insulator etc. including stacking & transportation of material to the UPCL store : 3 phase 4 wire.

Charges for Dismentaling of Old ACAR Conductor L.T. Line including re-rolling back its conductor, wire, clamp insulator etc. including stacking & transportation of material to the UPCL store : 2 phase 3 wire.

Charges for Dismentaling of Old ACAR Conductor L.T. Line including re-rolling back its conductor, wire, clamp insulator etc. including stacking & transportation of material to the UPCL store : 1 phase 2 wire.

Cartage of PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr Long. including Loading / Unloading from store centre at Haldwani/Rudrapur/ Sitarganj to work site with stacking site in 1Km distance,approximate distance 05-50KM.

Cartage of AB Cable and small items including Loading / Unloading from store centre at Haldwani/Rudrapur/ Sitarganj to work site with stacking site in 1Km distance,approximate distance 05-50KM.

Charges of Laying, Stringing, sagging of AB Cable3x120+1x95 mm2 including fixing of Insulated,Piercing Connector in all complete work. as per direction of Engineer in charge (12 Km Single ckt and 4 km double ckt)

Charges of Erection of P.C.C. Pole8.5 Mtr. Long ( 180 kg. W/L )for reducing span of LT, ABC line including digging of pits 0.6x0.9x1.5 Mtr.& with fixing of all accessories & back filling with soil & boulder earthing complete work as per RESPO specification & as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Erection of stay set 16x1800mm. pit size 0.6x0.9x1.2 Mtr. as per specifications including 7/10 SWG stay wire, binding, nozzling of stay with bcking filling of pit with CC 1:4:8 in bottom to pit in size 0.60 complete work stay set will be provided by UPCL.as per RESPO specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Erection of MS earthing rod 20x2500 mm by earth electrode connection with support by means of earth wire 7/16 swg with nut & bolts in all complete work as per direction of Engineer in charge

Charges of Fixing of insulated cable 1x25 sqmm insulated lead including all complete work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Installation & Fixing of SMC three phase L.T.Distribution Box with inbuilt pannel lock, AI bus bar RYB 25x6 mm AI bus bar size including all complete work as per drawing, upcl specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Charges of Removal of previous connection & Re connection of exising cable of single phase LT consumer service connection as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Removal of previous connection & Re connection of exising cable of three phase LT consumer service connection as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Annexure-B (SUPPLY ITEMS)

Supply of Shear head type Insulated piercing connector body molded from high quality mechanical climate and UV resistant glass reinforced polyamide, hot dipped galvanized bolts & contact teeth ABC size 95sq.mm to 95sq.mm jumpering for Line to line DB taping ( Tyco/ RPG/3M. make) as per UPCL Specification.

Supply of Dead End Clamps with I Hook as per drawing and UPCL Specification.

Supply of Suspension Clamps I Hook with nut & bolts as per drawing and UPCL Specification.

Supply L.T. bare Neutral Connector PG clamp made of Al 70 sqmm to 25 sq.mm. double bolt for line to DB as per UPCL specifciation.

Supply of Aluminium Lugs ‘O’ type size 25mm. (For connecting Cable PVC 1x16 mm.)

Supply of M.S. half Clamp made of M.S. flate for PCC Pole/STP pole of size 35x5sq.mm duly red oxide painted with suitable size with fitted nuts & bolts and washer for Fixing L.T. Distribution Box without cracks & burrs as per specification of UPCL

Supply of M.S. holding Clamp made of M.S. flate for PCC/STP Pole, size 50x6sqmm. duly red oxide painted with suitable size with fitted Nut & Bolts and washer for Dead End without cracks & burrs as per specification of UPCL.

Supply of M.S. holding Clamp made of M.S. flate for PCC/STP Pole, size 50x6sqmm. duly red oxide painted with suitable size with fitted Nut & Bolts and washer for Suspension without cracks & burrs as per specification of UPCL.

Supply of M.S. Stay Clamp made of M.S. flate for, size 50x6mm. with 3 Nos. Nut & Bolts and washer for fixing of LT distribution board without cracks & burrs for Suspenstion clamp assemble.painted by primers duly red oxide as per UPCL specification.
