Material & Labour for opening and dismantling compressor voltas upto 30 to 52 TR cap for repairing/maint and cleaning/servicing the serviceable parts, replacing gaskets, 'O' rings, spring, piston rings, oil seals, scraper reeds and minor spares and replacing the defective parts with new including flushing out entire system by providing pressure, reassembling and making perfect allignment with motor and testing the functions of the system complete all as directed.

Supply the following items for compressor ( Item No. 2 to 13 ) (a) Piston for Voltas upto 30 to 50 TR with rings.

(b) Connecting rod with both end bearings for Voltas

(c) Cylinder liner with 'O' ring for Voltas

(d) Shaft seal assembly complete for Voltas

(e) LP/HP Cut out Make : Indfoss/Danfoss

(f) SP,COP gauge Make : Febig/Guru

(g) OP cut out Make : Indfoss/Danfoss

(h) Thermostate expansion valve for 30 to 50 TR Make : Alco/Emersion/Danfoss

(i) Solenoid valve loading/unloading Make : Sportan/Emersion

(j) Hand shut off valve brass Make : Indfoss

(k) Gudgon pin with cir clip

(l) Thermostat sub zero for compressor (Voltas)

Removing the crank shaft and remetalling, grinding and polishing including both end bearings for Voltas/Blue star compressor. 15 to 52 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out electric motor 3 phase after disconnecting electric connection from foundation transportation to workshop and return back to site, opening, cleaning, insulating, varnishing heating, backing and reassembling including replacing of both end bearing and connecting in position for 15 to 20 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Overhauling of monoblock pump set including replacement of gland packing stud with nuts upto 3 to 7.5 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair CT fan motor including fan blades 3 HP, 3 Phase 1440RPM induction motor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling compressor oil servo 68/Frezol complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply charging Refrigerant gas, MAFRON/FLORON/R-22 gas complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out complete air filters from AHU and cleaning removing dust and servicing and refixing filters complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of both end bearing pillar cock including reallignment of blower greasing cleaning etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Leak testing by providing nitrogen gas with required pressure locating the leak in the system and rectify the leaks and vaccunising complete all as specified and as directed.(gas filling shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply of nitrogen gas in filled/sealed returnable standard cylinder of 6 Kgs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for insulation of duct wherever necessary with high density 50cm thick thermocoal/Mineral wool /Glass wool or any other improved version with chiken wire mesh and hession cloth and over all clading with aluminium foil of thickness 28 SWG in side the AHU. The duct should be totally protected from mouse/vermin etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement MNX-25 contactor complete all as specified and as directed.. Make : L&T or equivalent

All as per item No.25 but for CGN - 25 contactor complete all as specified and as directed. .Make L&T/Schneider or equivqalent

M&L for Auxilary contact MNX A1 complete all as specified and as directed.make : L&T

Supply and fix MCCB TP, 200 Amps, 36 KA front operated with rotary handle complete all as specified and as directed.Make : L&T/Legrand.

Supply and replacement of MCCB TP 160 Amps. 36 KA front handle operated complete all as specified and as directed. Make : L&T/Legrand.

Supply and replacement of MCCB TP 25 to 100 Amps 16 KA front handle operated complete all as specified and as directed. Make : L&T/Legrand.

Supply and replacement of cooling tower fan 'V' belt of size A 29 complete all as specified and as directed.Make : Fenner

Supply & replacement of 'V' belt for AHU blower of size B-86 suitable upto 25 TR AHU complete all as specified and as directed..Make : Fenner

Supply and fix Liquid Line filter suitable upto 15 TR capacity complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fix Volt meter of size 4". (upto 500V) complete all as specified and as directed. Make :-Essma or equivalent.

Supply and fix Amperemeter with suitable sizes of CT's upto 100 |Amps complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fix Over Load relay of range 9 to 13 complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Schneider or equivalent.

Supply and fix start/stop button rotory type in Red/Green colour complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fix single phase preveneter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of cooling PVC fills of size 600x300x15 mm thick inside cooling tower5 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L labour for taking out entire PVC cooling fills of cooling tower of any size and capacity cleaning the fills and reinstalling the same in its original position for smooth functioning of colling tower complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of Air filters (presuction filter) of AHU of size 600x600 mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of central AC plant 52 TR 02 Nos at P-100 alongwith pipe lines including LT panel board with synthetic enamelled paint one coat of existing colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of central AC plant 30 TR 02 Nos at P-15 AC plant including pipe lines, pump sets, LT panels board with synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of existing colour complete all as specified and as directed.
