"Supply, Design, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Multi Section Digital Axle Counter (MSDAC) complete system as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/176/2013 version.3 with latest amendments STR No. SIQ 0001 Ver.2.0 or latest. MSDAC Reset procedure shall be as per ECR MSDAC Reset policy. Tenderer shall design the scheme for provision of required number of evaluators, reset equipment's, trackside junction boxes, detection points and track clearance relays 1 etc and shall be submitted along with the offer. Remote Diagnostic System shall be provided at station. Length of the cable required for each DP and Rail Type will be specified at the time of issuing call Letter. This also includes supply of 10% all types of spare cards, LV Boxes, Wheel sensors and other essential modules as specified in RDSO Spec, it shall be rounded to nearest integer subjected minimum of one item. One set of Specialized Tool and Measuring equipment's as per RDSO specifications shall be supplied per location (Station/ALH/OC/IBH). (Per DP is Per Detection Point). Unwinding of S&T cable using jack & tindle, pulleys laying of cable in normal cable trench & pipe without any physical damage & twist up to & inside the location box / cabin.

"Excavation of trench in all kinds of soil and refilling of trenches (1 Mtr. Depth 300 mm width)- iii)\Without bricks - Note:- (I) Payment will be made as per actual work done on pro rata basis, if required depth is not available at site. Installation of Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) pipe with socket coupler. This includes trenching (1.2 mtr. Depth) and back filling.

Supply of E-type lock without key, spec. no. IRS-S-30, Drg.no.S-3376/M key -S-3377/M or latest. Individual number of miniature E locks and Normal size of locks required at site to be decided by the site engineer as per site requirement. Inspection - RDSO.

"Casting, Concreting and Curing of foundation and erection for Full apparatus case(GKP- type) as per DRG No. SGW/MGS/L1/91 including cost of all materials required for fixing holding down bolts, casting concreting and fixing of E type lock. "

Fixing, wiring of terminal strips, bakelite strip, transformers, relays fuses with base 22 and supply and fixing of shelves for full apparatus case with termination earthing of cable and wiring with lettering as required including supply of wires and miscellaneous materials, sand filling and plastering over sand filling per location.

Filling earth around location box/signal post for a width of 0.5 m on all sides, upto a level of 150 mm below the foundation top. This work includes consolidation of earth by watering.

Supply of wooden plank(salwood or similar) 940X500X25mm Supply of slotted angle for fixing hylem sheets in steel apparatus cases. (Size 40x40x2mm). Inspection Consignee

"Carrying out alterations to the existing relay wiring at relay rack / location as per the 28 circuit diagram. The work includes releasing the existing unused wires and wiring the relays using wire PVC 16/0.02 mm copper. { Wire PVC 16/0.02 mm copper, paint, soldering materials and all other miscellaneous materials required for the work shall be supplied by the contractor.) Inspection - RDSO for PVC wire"

Transportation of HDT machine with accessories including handling of stores materials, preparation of site and boring of 110mm dia and placing HDPE pipe of size 63/40mm in single /double / triple etc required for crossing/laying of Railway cables in a combination of quad & signalling cables etc. as per required comprising maximum 72 cores in any HDD section on land /bridges /culverts / track / pucca road crossing and blowing / pulling ofQuad /Signalling cables etc. within HDPE pipe. Boring of trench shall be (one) Mtr below the track to 1.5 (one point five) minimum 3 (three) meter below the river bed, 01 meter below other lands including road / pucca road 63/40 29 mm dia & its accessories suitable for HDT as permanently lubricated HDPE pipe ofsize 63/40 crossing area. This includes supply as per Specification No. RDSO/SPN/TC/45/2013 with latest amendment & cost of the fuel and all other items which will be required for laying of cable through it. Inspection : RITES for HDPE pipe (for inspection charges cost of all sort of HDPE pipe is Rs. 195/- per Mtr.) NOTE: The number of HDPE pipes (of any dia as mentioned above) to be pulled in any HDD section will depend upon the numbers of quad / signalling cables to be pulled through that HDD section as per site requirement. At a particular site, the second /additional HDD is to be done only after completing the pulling of 72 cores of cable through 1st HDD other wise the second /additional HDD will not be counted as a new / additional HDD for the purpose of billing.

Termination of cable cores on ARA terminals or on 8 way terminals in the cable termination rack.

Modular disconnecting type terminal block (2 way) with intermediate plate to suite RDSO Spec. RDSO/SPN/189/2004 (Wago or Phonixe or better). Inspection: RDSO

Preperation & printing of Station Working Rule Diagram (SWRD)on AUTO CAD besed on approved SIP, ESP etc. as per the extant practice being followed in E.C. Railway. Contrctor shall 35 supply one print of the SWRD (praper print Size as requird) as draft for approval and comments. Once the approval is given shall tracing of the SWRD on good quality flim paper of thickness not less than 75 micorns for signature of all officials. On approval the contractor shall supply 10 copys blue prient of the tracing. The approved SWRD shall be finally supplied on 2 CDs. (Inspection - Consignee)

Preparation of Station Working Rule (SWR) in English and Hindi based on approved SIP, ESP etc as per the extent practice being follwed in E. C. Railway. The contractor shall supply two 36 paper print of the SWR as draft for approval and comments .Once the approval is given he shall supply two paper prients of the SWR for final approval and signature of the concerned officials. on obtaining the final approveal the contractor shall supply 10 sets of the SWR duly photo copies from the original signed off copies of SWR .The approved SWR shall be finally supplied on 2 CDs. (Inspection - Consignee)
