Repairs to 400 HP ATS starter of lift irrigation scheme Sheeri Narwah stage first by way of replacement of damaged contact points complete kit set of LCIF 400 Amp contactor with new one at site. The job also includes servicing /maintenance of 400HP ATS Starter by way of removing of accumulated carbon from contact points of ML 12 & LCIF 1000 contactor by applying carbon tetra chloride active chemical to make the surface clean. Adjustment of all protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner/acetone and blowing of compressed air inside the starter compartment. The job also includes the charge for providing of brass bolts with nuts as per sample of incoming and outgoing connections in ATS (3Kg), retapping of connection leads & filling of T- oil 20 Ltr. for topping for the completion. The job also includes the charge for replacement of HRC fuse of 20A/ 415V/ 3W/50HZ three no with new ones for the completion of work. The starter should be tested on full load.
