Dismantling of wooden doors, windows and clearing away and stocking the materials suitable for reuse as directed by the Engineer incharge of work including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Dismantling of the brick / stone masonry in Cement mortar walls clearing away and carefully stacking the materials suitable for reuse as directed by the Engineer incharge of work including cost of materials, lead, lift etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing terracing of pressed roof tiles work and removing them away as directed by the depatment engineer in charges including cost of labour , lead, lift, scaffloding charges etc complete.

Earth work excavation for foundation including all labour charges including initial lead, lift, etc. complete-Hard gravelly soil.

Earth work excavation for foundation including all labour charges including initial lead, lift, etc. complete-SDR not requiring blasting.

Earth work excavation for foundation including all labour charges including initial lead, lift, etc. complete-For MR and DMR not requiring blasting.

Supplying and filling of M sand in foundation and basement with well watering and consolidation as per std.specn. including cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc, complete.

PCC 1:4:8, using 40mm HBG metal foundation without formwork including cost of cement, all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

RCC 1:1.5:3 using 12-20mm graded hard machine broken granite stone without formwork including cost of all materials, centering, curing, all labour charges, lead, lift, etc. complete. But excluding cost of steel reinforcement (Raft )

Brick work in CM 1:3 using II class bricks of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4 " including cost of all material, lead, lift, labour, etc, complete.

Providing steel reinforcement for RCC works including cost of steel rod binding wire and placing in postion of the steel reinforcement all materials, lead and lift etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick including cost of all materials lead lift etc complete.

White washing two coats with white cement over a primary coat for ceiling, exposed surfaces of wall, beam, slab, sunshade, lintel, etc, including cost of all materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Interior Emulsion paint over one primer coat of over cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat of over cement plastered wall surface etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Refilling with excavated soil other than sand in foundation and sides of masonry, consolidation as per std. specn. with watering including all labour, lead, lifts.etc, complete.

Removing the excess earth to the nearby bund or low laying area by head load lead 200m instructed by field engineer including all lead, lift, etc., complete.

Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Flooring with approved spartex ceramic of non slippery type tiles over cement mortar 1:3,12mm thick including pointing with white cement finishing the joints, flush pointing the surface etc., complete.

Dadooing with glazed tiles of best approved quality of make johnson, neycer etc., over cm 1:3, 10mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply,transport and fixing of 1000 litre PVC sintex tank over the roof.

Providing pvc down fall pipe using 110mm dia 4 KSC, PVC pipe and pvc clamp line supreme etc, including fixing PVC washer type door bend & shoe, in correct position and connecting from the roof slab including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete, including cost of PVC accessories and washers.

Providing and fixing sanitary fitting consisting of parryware of oriya patten Indian Water Closet with P/S trap connecting with PVC ventilating shaft and Y bend complete, including cost of all material, labour, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of European Water Closet size 580X420mm white glazed earthen ware of approved make & quality with 'P' or 'S' trap conforming to IS - 2556 Part XII [Parryware or Equivalent] with sand cushion and forming flooring around the cloast using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 [1/lime, 2/sand & 5/brick jelly] 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and giving connection to sewer line including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc. complete.

Supplying and laying pvc pipe 32 mm outer dia 10kg/ cm2 ISI make including cost of pvc pipe coupling labour for cutting laying fixing tighting etc including earth work excavation and refilling trench etc complete

Supplying and fixing inposition of 32mm dia gate valve of best quality such as leader, zeolite, zenith including cost of all special fixtures lead, lift,etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of 15mm dia screw down tap with necessary specials including cost of all materials lead, lift, labour etc.,complete.

Fabricating Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish of single leaf door with half panelled with 12mm thick both side laminated particle board at bottom and half glazed using 5.50mm thick Plain glass at top.The outer frame shall be with aluminium box section 101.60x44.45x3.18m at 2.319kg/m and Shutter frame made of section Vertical & Top rail: 50x44.45x2.50mm @ 1.292 kg/m ,Bottom rail: 100 x44.45 x 2.50mm@ 1.974 kg/m, Lock rail : 50x44.45x2.5mm @ 1.292 kg/m, Alu Clips: 17.15x17.27x1.50mm @ 0.176 kg/m,Alu. Handle: 100x30mm @ 0.988 Kg/m and necessary accessories such as aluminium clips, rubber beading, PVC felt, handle for a length of shutter (both sides), locking arrangements, furniture fittings such as aluminium tower bolts-250x12mm - Each., aluminium tower bolt 200x12mm - 1No., aluminium Hydraulic door closer - 1No ., lock-1No., Door stopper with rubber bush including cost of materials labour charges and power consumption charges required for fabrication including chipping, dismantling and making hole to the required extent in RCC column, beams, masonry with power drill wherever necessary and redoing the damaged portion to the original condition after fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.
