Carefully Dismantling / Removal : The rates shall be for ALL LEAD, HEIGHTS AND LEVELS FOR ALL PLACES. No extra claim for lead, heights, levels shall be entertained. The debris needs to be transported outside the campus as directed no extra tractor trips to be provided.

The rates shall include excavation, loading, transporting and unloading the excavated material. Actual excavated volume to be measured and paid

Providing and filling as directed RIVER SAND over the drainage pipe (in the trench) including compacting etc. All complete as per specifications. Average thickness 100 mm. Actual NET COMPACTED volume filled to shall be measured and paid

Providing and laying machine mixed and vibrated, plain cement concrete (PCC), 1:4:8 (cement: sand: coarse aggregate) course, including ramming, consolidating, curing etc. All complete. as directed by Engineer in charge

As leveling course for all BASE for manhole chambers / benching drainage pipe/ base course of dholpur stone or cc paver blocks flooring. Average thickness will be 100 mm to 150 mm

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including spigot and socket jointed with rubber gasket including testing of joints etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. ( Make - Alcock or equivalent approved make). The pipes needs to be cut in required sizes wherever needed. Actual laid pipe length shall be measured and paid. No extra cost for joints and cut piece pipe.

Construction of manhole chamber as per following specifications as directed. (NET Internal VOLUME OF THE CHAMBER TO BE MEASURED & PAID - plaster in to in and floor to soffit of chamber cover ) Approx. size: 1200 mm x 1200 mm and depth ranging 1.50 meter to 4.00 meter Base Concrete: 150 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) Brick Walls: 460mm thick wall of height of 550mm from base P.C.C 350mm thick wall of height of 1000mm 230mm thick wall starts from 350mm thick wall to top of the chamber Floor: IPS floor in PCC 1:2:4 with champhering. Average thickness shall be 75 mm Internal plaster: Double cost mala plaster, total thickness 25 mm average IN cm 1:4 with adding water proofing compound as per manufacture's specification.( Approved Manufacture : CICO, FOSROC, SIKA or equivalent) Top of the chamber: RCC 1:2:4 Slab of thickness 120 mm with 8 mm 150 C/C FE 500 reinforcement and fixing of Pre cast R.C.C Manhole cover. FRC/R.C.C Manhole cover: FRC-R.C.C cover of clear opening size of 560mm diameter with frame of size of 820mmx820mm with thickness of 120mm and weight of 100 kg and absorbs tonnage capacity of 10 tone of approved make.

Providing, laying and fixing in bottom and sides of the manhole with first quality glazed tiles of Johnson, Somani, NITCO or approved equivalent make , on cement mortar bedding for floor, dado and vatta etc., finishing the joints in epoxy grout and kept in a continuous vertical line, chasing the wall and finishing. All complete as directed. Net area laid shall be measured and paid.

Fixing, CI steps of Neco or approved make in manhole, water tank, septic tank, etc., of size 150 mm x 150 mm ( Size excluding anchor )and painting with 3 coats of anti-corrosive paint, etc., complete. Rates including chasing the brick work and grouting work in CC M-20)

Connection charges with online drainage line OR chamber complete work to be carried out like making hole in the existing chamber and laying the new connection and complete finishing of the joint , cleaning etc. complete. This work needs to be done during NIGHT (after 10.00 pm till morning 4.00 pm - SHUT DOWN TIME). Which means the contractor has to shut the existing previous chamber. Cleaning the existing chamber. Making hole in existing chamber. Connecting the new pipe. Finishing the whole work. Again resuming the existing flow by removing the shut portion of the previous chamber. ALTERNATIVELY, the contractor can also use another optional method for connection provided the flow shall not be disturbed for the users.

Providing & laying 25 mm to 32 mm thick RIVER POLISH KOTA STONE of required size laid to pattern as per matching to existing pattern jointed with cement slurry pigmented to match the shade of the stones, including curing rubbing etc. at all levels as directed. Bedding mortar CM 1:6. Cement slurry as required. Machine cut stones. Cutting of stones to match the chamber cover as required.

Providing & laying 25 mm to 32 mm thick PRE POLISHED PINK DHOLPUR STONE of size up to 600 mm laid on average 35mm thick cement mortar bedding and also should match with existing pattern jointed with cement slurry pigmented to match the shade of the stones, including curing rubbing etc. at all levels as directed. Bedding mortar CM 1:6. Cement slurry as required. Machine cut stones. Cutting of stones to match the chamber cover as required.
