Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. including raking out jouints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or conrete wall surface, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
