Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock,ordinary rock, disintegrated or weathered rock, fissured/ shattered, decomposed rock and all such other material either in full or in parts, as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering including setting out construction of shoring, stritting and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, providng barricading, danger lightining, guarding etc and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of surplus excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and lifts etc complete as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering and shuttering includin struttings, propping etc. and removal o formwork for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Vertical surfaces such as retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, bttresses, plinth and string courses, filets, etc.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All works upto plinth level.

Exposed decorative laterite masonry using Patradevi stone of size as specified and laid as directed by architect in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of grade M-25 (Mix design) with coarse sand & graded granatic or basaltic stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size as per mix desig requirment excluding plastering & cost of centering/shuttering & reinforcement. including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workabitlity without impairing the strength and durability as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. M-25 grade of reinforced cement concete by using 410 kg of cement per cu.m of concrete. All works upto floor five level.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TAT. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted ement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35/M40 grade made be heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manufactured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. 80 mm thick in all colours except grey (M40 grade).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing etc. Kerbs, steps and the like at or near ground level.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level wihile laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall, wing wall and earth retaining structure complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 110 mm dia.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones for 20 cms thick masonry walls in cm. 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation upto plinth level.

Extra for laterite masonry in all sizes in superstructure from floor 1 level upto floor V level.

12mm cement plaster 1;3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand).

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched concrete (BMC), machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of concrete to the site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing the strength and durability as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. M25 grade of reinforced cement concrete by using 410kg of cement per cu.m. of concrete. All works upto floor V level.

Providing and laying vitrified industrial floor tiles in different sizes of Johnson, Somany, Kajaria (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in colours and shades as specified laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. 300 x 300 mm Light Shades - 10 mm thick.

Providing and fixing Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps and dados, jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing/grouting in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 600 x 600 mm - light Shades.

Providing and laying antiskid floor tiles 12 x 12 upto 16 x 16 in of Johnson, Somany, Kajaria (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in shades as specified laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete. Light Shades.

Wall painting (two or more coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade.

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Providing corrugated G.I. sheet roofing, fixed with galvanized iron J or 1 hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washer filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins rafter and trusses. 0.50 mm thick sheet - 26G.

G.I. sheet gutters 26 s.w.g. semi circular 15cm width and 45 cm overall including fixing with clamps & making connection with rain water pipe complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) (Square Hollow Section (SHS) IS4923/ Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS) IS4923/ Circular Hollow Section (CHS) IS1161 closed Structural Steel of (SAIL, TATA, VIZAG, JSW, APOLLO Steel Ltd.) make (Min Yield Stress 310 Mpa) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.
