Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock,ordinary rock, disintegrated or weathered rock, fissured/ shattered, decomposed rock and all such other material either in full or in parts, as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering including setting out construction of shoring, stritting and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, providng barricading, danger lightining, guarding etc and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of surplus excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and lifts etc complete as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering and shuttering includin struttings, propping etc. and removal o formwork for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Vertical surfaces such as retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, bttresses, plinth and string courses, filets, etc.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All works upto plinth level.

Exposed decorative laterite masonry using Patradevi stone of size as specified and laid as directed by architect in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of grade M-25 (Mix design) with coarse sand & graded granatic or basaltic stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size as per mix desig requirment excluding plastering & cost of centering/shuttering & reinforcement. including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workabitlity without impairing the strength and durability as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. M-25 grade of reinforced cement concete by using 410 kg of cement per cu.m of concrete. All works upto floor five level.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TAT. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted ement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35/M40 grade made be heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manufactured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. 80 mm thick in all colours except grey (M40 grade).
