Site clearence in Soft/loose soil .

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil .

Rough excavation in foul position n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out soft/loose soil and removed it to a low laying area .

Demolition of cement conc. (un-reinforced) in ground floor not exc. 15 cm thickness and removing from the premises to a lead of 50mtr.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation as per the site condition .

M & L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as per the site condition .

M & L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1: 4. (with modular bricks) includung curing etc as per the site condition .

M & L for rendering 12mm thick cement plaster (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as per the site condition .

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre .

M & L for P.C.C Type-I Grade M15 (1:2:4 ) mix using 20 mm graded aggregate as per the direction of as per the site condition .

M & L for providing precast cement concrete set in cement mortar 1:4 type-B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia, cut to length,bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as per the site condition .

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type-C2 concrete bed to drain 200mm pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in as per the site condition .

M & L for 200mm reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars ®as per the site condition .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

S & F of Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified .

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and as per the site condition.

S & F of sheet glass, 4.8mm thick ordinary quality, in squares exc 0.5 sq. m each pane for aluminium shutter .

Dismantling structural steel work including windows, doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

S & F of framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Preparation of new steel / iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of red oxide and two coat of Synthetic enamel paint .

S & F of vitreous China squatting plate urinal white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) and fixing Vitreous China squatting plate urinal as per site condition.

S & F 15mm G I pipe medium grade with all fittings, laid in trenches .

S & F of Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed but fancy type, chromium plated (15 mm bore dia pipe) as per the site condition.

M & L non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match .
