PART-I:- Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or RCC hume pipes) 150mm dia set in cement mortar and removal of demolished materials from the site to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or RCC hume pipes) 200mm dia set in cement mortar and removal of demolished materials from the site to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, as directed.

Demolition of stones or brick masonry or block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc.complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 mm, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Cast iron soil, waste and vent spun pipes (sand cast) of 100mm bore in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors, including taking out old existing, complete all as specified .

Cast iron soil, waste and vent spun pipes (sand cast) of 75mm bore in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors, including taking out old existing, complete all as specified .

100mm bore Cast iron Bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) with oval access doors and fixed in repair, complete all as specified.

75mm bore Cast iron Bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) with oval access doors and fixed in repair, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes, pipe lines etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with WPC 3% by weight of cement, all as specified. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Precast RCC M-15 nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match, complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

TMT bars 6 to 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, all as specified.

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars, bore of pipe 150mm, including testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5 type D-2 nominal mix using 40mm graded aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for dia of pipe 150mm, all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work. (ii) For width and depth of PCC bed - refer preamble (a) (i) (ii) on page 356 of SSR Pt-II). (iii) Haunching shall be as per MES SSR-part-I/Part-II

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars, bore of pipe 200mm, including testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5 type D-2 nominal mix using 40mm graded aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for dia of pipe 200mm, all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work. (ii) For width and depth of PCC bed - refer preamble (a) (i) (ii) on page 356 of SSR Pt-II). (iii) Haunching shall be as per MES SSR-part-I/Part-II

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exc. 1.5 km and n.exc 5 km and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

Septic tank, excavation in ordinary soil, foundation in PCC 1:2:4, fly ash brick work in CM 1:4, RCC slab covers including RCC precast manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded all around/fibre reinforcement cover with angle iron frame vent shaft and sludge chambers etc complete for 150 users, complete all as specified and directed.

Soakage well excavation in ordinary soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, well of honey combed and solid in M-25 concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber fly ash brick work in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/fly ash masonary/filling with brick bats, complete of size 3.00m dia x 3.00m deep, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC M-10, nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15 nominal mix, type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains (including necessary form work). Complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped etc., complete all as specified.

Rendering plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or stone wall surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), all as specified. Note: Locally available slate stone shall not be used.

All as per item No. 39 above but except stone. Note:- Serviceable stone received from item No. 04 respective BOQ shall be reused.

Raised pointing, to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar (1:3) Complete all as specified.

PVC pipe 110mm internal dia as in weep holes in retaining walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified.
