REPAIRS/ REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ELECT, DB, SUBMAIN WIRING AND REPAIRS/ MAINT OF CEILING FAN/ EXHAUST FAN/ GEYSERS INCLUDING PETTY REPAIRS AT DARJIPURA AT AFS VADODARA

Attending the complaints lodged by the occupants/users of electrification nature & rectification of the fault as per the complaint lodged etc by the user in any time (day and Night) in respect of main fixture /breakdown for light/fan/bell/light or power socket and LT line etc complete repairs to the extent by removing connections from the system removing faults in wires, battens, conduit, sunken boxes, junction boxes, main switches, MCBs/DBs utility light fitting, lamp holders AC ceiling/ Exhaust fans and other type of complaints to connected fixtures of the internal electrification including providing of petty stores such as wires of appropriate size and conductor matching to existing one upto the length of 1 mtr including insulation tape, screws , nuts as required to rectified the fault with regard to the complaint lodged and refixing of fittings, fixtures to their position as dismantled and respect of item if required to be paid under respective item as required complete all as directed at site to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge/users. Note :- (a) Repair of switches, fan, regulator , replacing burnt/ damaged wiring , replacement of burnt MCBs and main switch , voltage fluctuation, current leakage, repair of street lights, and replacement of tube lights and no light etc will be attended with in 8 Hrs as urgent nature. Cost of taking out U/s Accessories is deemed to be included but S/F of new accessories will be measured and paid separately under Item item of BOQ. (b) Petty items such as insulation tape, small wire pieces, screw etc are deemed to be included with unit rate of item (b) The complaints will be attended by electricians & respective helpers during day and night hours without delay, if any delay in emergency complaint penalty will be double from complaint rate.

(c) The complaint will be taken from complaint cell. (d) All necessary tools & plants i.e. multimeter, tong tester, spanner set, wrench, screw driver set, combination plier, testing lamp set, drilling machine, bamboo ladder, blower/ vaccum cleaner, crimping tool, cutting and chasing tool, insulation megger , etc will have to kept by each tradesman engaged by contractor at his own cost. (e) Any accident/ mishappening occurred during the execution of work shall be responsibility of Contractor. (f) One MOBILE PHONE should also be provided by contractor to the each trademan engaged by him with incoming & out going facilities for normal and after working hours also so as to contact him in case of emergency during the entire period covered under the contract to keep liaison / communication with MES staff . (g) Complaint register and complaint slip shall be providing by the contractor duly printed with CA No and firm and the cost is deemed to be included in unit rate. (iii) Item Sl no 1 is Labour only for Nature of complaint like no light,loose connection, burnt wire repair, shifting fitting/fixture, providing labour for temporary arrengement for light/fan, phase balancing by sharing load are cover under the above complaint any type etc. (i) Attending complaint like supply and fixing of switches, sockets, regulators, ceiling rose,bell push, lamp holder, sunken box, PVC plate laying of wire,LED batten any size,T-08 fittings,LED 2x2 recess mounting lights, fan blade, ex fan louvers,pvc EX fan, PVC conduit all in any type etc under serial item No 02.00 to 57 are executed on day to day maint work. For item serial item No 02 to 57 contractor shall also provide tradesmen on daily basis .

M & L for point wiring with copper conductor cable multistranded, PVC sheathed 2 x 1.5 Sqmm size for one light point or bell point controlled by one switch including one run of 1.5 Sqmm multistrand PVC sheathed copper conductor cable for earth continuity in and including PVC casing and caping / PVC Conduit of approved size and quality ISI marked, including all other required accessories as specified in Preamble 1(a) to (q) of section 19 of SSR Part-II under heading "Point wiring'".fixed on walls/ceiling including MS sunken or PVC terminal boxes for mounting fittings like switch, sockets etc covered with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover inclding arrangements for modular /regular fittings acessories for the following complete all as specified and directed:-

Note:(for item 62 to 79): The contractor shall be responsible for doing point wiring as per the instruction of concerned JE(E/M) and AGE(E/M). Delay in any work more than of 3 days after allocation will invite recovery at the double rate of quoted rate. Supply and fix down rod 15 mm dia and length upto 1 mtr as required on site, MS tube light grade, duly finished with powder coating of white colour, including necessary holes and threading etc.including taking down of existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fittings small 6 watt (warm white) round/square type white/yellow complete with driver complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing recess mounted down lighter 6 Watts(warm white) complete all as specified and directed yellow/white AS Per Sample complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the Geyser of any capacity and of any description material and labour for cleaning and de-scaling the inner tank and other parts / accessories including inlet, outlet , overflow Geyser element, thermostat , ‘U’ assembly etc. with brush, cleaning rod, and using / circulating concerned de-scaling solution mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complete deposits /scale is removed as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, brazing for stopping leakage of copper inner tank/gas welding for inner steel tank, re- assembling the complete Geyser after cleaning, Fixing and installation of Geyser in position and testing to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing storage type water heater from wall by disconnecting the electric connection and water inlet/outlet connection from main and repairing the water heater storage type capacity 25 ltrs of any type and make, checking the serviceablity of all parts such as inner vesser, rubber gasket, non return valve, heating element, thermostat etc and refixing the same after replacing of unserviceable parts and assembly completet (considered as one unit) and installing and testing the same as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only for parts such as Heating element, Thermostate against unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relavent items given below.

Taking down and refixing storage type water heater from wall by disconnecting the electric connection and water inlet/outlet connection from main and repairing the water heater storage type capacity 50 ltrs of any type and make, checking the serviceablity of all parts such as inner vesser, rubber gasket, non return valve, heating element, thermostat etc and refixing the same after replacing of unserviceable parts and assembly completet (considered as one unit) and installing and testing the same as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note :- Supply only for parts such as Heating element, Thermostate against unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relavent items given below.

Supply and replace geyser inner tank made out of stainless steel sheet conforming to I.S. for 25 ltrs capacity geyser complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brazing / soldering work with copper brass alloy to rectify leakage/cracked of inner copper/ stainless steel sheet container of storage type electrically operated water heater (Geyser) & testing of inner shell up to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in- Charge including reassembling / reinstalling at site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing earth industrial plug top for socket for industrial socket metal glad suitable for 20 Amps metal glad MCB DB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing earth industrial socket metal glad suitable for 20 Amps 240 volts metal glad MCB DB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only FR electrical insulation tape nominal size 0.125mm thickness x1.8 cm width x15 mtr length as IS CODE 1728 As per sample complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Insulation tape supplied by the contractor shall be taken on charge by concerned official. Copy of RV duly verified by GE shall be produced and entered in MB before payment.

M&Lfor painting enamel white paint by spraying on ceiling fans/exhaust fan complete in situ with synthetic enamel paint by sprying including filling cavities with fine finishing surface by filler one coat after removing/cleaning all dust/dert etc including taking down/ refixing complete all as specfied and directed. Note: Marking/numbering with MES No/Qtr no deemed to be included inquoted rate and no extra payment shall be made for marking/numbering.

M & L for rewinding of ceiling fans 1200/1400mm sweep, strip opening and removal of burnt winding wire, rewinding the fans with suitable size of heavy grade (ISI mark ) copper winding wire, duly providing leathoride sheets, cotton tape, insulation sleeves, varnish complete as reassembling taking down and refixing at site and shifting/transporting to wksp including testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) Contractor shall make the suitable arrangement at Darjipura (MES) premises to replacing of accessories, testing upto the satisfactory level in front of concerned E/M in charge without fail. (b) Replacement of bearing shall be measured and paid separately

M & L for rewinding of Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, strip opening and removal of burnt winding wire, rewinding the fans with suitable size of of heavy grade (ISI mark ) copper winding wire, duly providing leathoride sheets, cotton tape, insulation sleeves, varnish complete as reassembling taking down and refixing at site and shifting/transporting to wksp including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding Exhaust fan 450 mm sweep, strip opening and removal of burnt winding wire, rewinding the fans with suitable size of of heavy grade (ISI mark ) copper winding wire, duly providing leathoride sheets, cotton tape, insulation sleeves, varnish complete as reassembling taking down and refixing at site and shifting/transporting to wksp including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rewinding for Cabin/wall fan 400 mm sweep/PVC Exhaust fan, strip opening and removal of burnt winding wire, rewinding the fans with suitable size of of heavy grade (ISI mark ) copper winding wire, duly providing leathoride sheets, cotton tape, insulation sleeves, varnish, etc complete as reassembling taking down and refixing at site and shifting/transporting to wksp including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS clamps (Standard size as per site of DJP) with rubber real with MS nut, bolts, check nut & split pin complete . As per sample all as specified and directed.
