Construction of closed storage shed cum store office cabin including development of site approach, drainage etc. and internal/external electrification of store shed premises at 132KV S/s, Sitarganj under OandM Division, PTCUL, Sitarganj

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator/manual means in foundation or pits of any size including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, including all leads and lifts.

Supply and spreading of earth by earth work in excavation by mechanical means over surface areas in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including all leads and lifts (land of earth supply to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level.

(a) Ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sands : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

(b) Ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sands : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

(c) Ratio 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sands : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement of RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding using thermo technically treated bars of appropriate sizewss in the footing, column, beam structure etc. including cost of labour, material, labour and T&P etc.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS (Non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cementn mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing etc. as required in grating, frames guard bar and similar works including cost of material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per direction of engineer incharge.

Structural steel work riveted bolted or welded in built up section trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect.

Internal and external plastering of brick work executed in walls andn other places in following thickness including cost of material, labour and T&P complete in all respect.

(a) 12mm plaster of mix ratio 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

(b) 15mm plaster of mix ratio 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper having VOC content less than 50 gram/liter of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour two or more coat including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/liter.

Aluminium structural work for office cabin i.e. fixing aluminium work for doors, windows ventilators and partition with extruded built up standard tubular section appropriate Z section of approved make conforming IS 733 and IS:1285 fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size including necessary filling up the gaps at junction i.e. at top bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber neoprene gasket etc. Alluminium section shall be polyester powder coated alluminium (minimum thickness of polyster powder coating 50 micron) smooth rust free straight mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle aluminium snap beading for glazing paneling CP brass/stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawing including all consumables material labour and T&P for completion of work.

Wiring for light points/fan points exhaust fan points call bell points with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core, required as per site condition including cost of all consumable material, labour and T&P complete in all respect.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan of reputed make including wiring the down rods of standard length upto 30 cm with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cover on the fan box etc. required as per site condition including cost of all consumable material, labour and T&P complete in all respect.

Installation, testing and commissioning of MPS air roof ventilators exhaust fan (full size) of reputed make in the existing opening including making good the damage connection testing, commissioning etc. required as per site conditions including cost of all consumables material, labour and T&P complete in all respect.

Providing corrugated G.S. Sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nut 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. impet washers or with G.I. limpet wahers filled with white lead. Including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto and pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface excluding the cost of purions raffer and trusses but including cutting of size and shape whereever required and all material, labour and T&P for completion of work.

Providing ridges or hings of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nut 8 mm dia G.I. Iimped and bitumin washers complete than 275 gm/sqm including cost of material, labour and T&P for complete of work etc.
