Concealed wiring of Light/Fan point with 2.5 Sqmm multistrand cupper wire, Supply, laying and wiring with 2.5 Sqmm multistrand Finolex make copper wire of approved quality in 25mm black PVC pipe and 2" height JB with 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm copper wire(Green colour) as continuous earth, supply and fixing of14 SWG required size MS box with 3MM thick white hylam cover including 4 Nos steel screw and cup washer, ceiling rose, holder, 5A switch etc. wherever required complete with fittings. Each fan point shall be controlled by one switch and two light point shall be controlled by one switch. All materials shall be supplied by party and work shall be carried out as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of 5pin 240 Volt 5 Amp socket(5 pin) & 5A switch on Board and wiring with 2.5 Sqmm multistrand copper wire of approved quality and earthing connection of third pin with 2.5 Sqmm copper wire(Green colour) as required on existing Board and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Consealed wireing to 15Amps plug point with 6 sqmm Multistrand PVC insulated single core copper conductor wire including supply of 15AMPS switch and sockets in 25mm black PVC conduit pipe with one run of 2.5sqmm copper wire as continious earth with required size of 16SWG MS box with 3mm thick with white hylem cover and including 4nos of steel screws and cup washer with fitting as required and as per the direction og Engineer In charge.

Supply, installatoin, testing and commissioning of prewired wall/ceiling/false ceiling mounted LED light fixture complte including providing 2 nos of wood round blocks for fixing the fitting and down rod as required, and supply and laying of 3cx1.5 sqmm flexable copper cable as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Sub-main circuit wiring: Supply and laying of multistrand copper wire of approved quality inside 25 MM independent black PVC conduit pipe 2" height PVC JB with 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm copper wire(Green colour) as continuous earth. The job includes termination of both ends through proper jointing materials. All the materials shall be supplied by the party. The work shall be carried out as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1200mm sweep 220/240 Volt ceiling fan including fan hook, suspension rod of required length, earthing, electronic regulator including supply and laying of 3cx2.5 Sqmm Flexable copper wire as required and asper direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Make:GEC/CG/BAJAJ/KHAITAN)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 300mm sweep 240 Volt Exhaust fan including making holes on walls providing necessary brackets/support for fixing the fan, making necessary connections, poroviding gravity drop louvers etc. finishing the hole necessary civil works as required and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Make:CG/BAJAJ/KHAITAN)

Earthing: Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of class- B GI earth electrode of 50mm dia 3000mm long complete with earth pit with RCC cover with all necessary materials including excavation of earth pit filling with layers of charcoal and salt, back filling providing necessary brick work slab cover , connection with GI strips including all labour and materials complete as required and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. All earth strips shall be interconnected to frame a earth grid as per IE rules and as per IS 3043-1987 specification. Funnel is to be provided with wire mesh of suitable size on the top of the funnel.

Supply and installation of earthing strips 25x3mm along trenches including excavation, cutting and fixing to wall, embedding inside walls and floors welding at joints, providing anti-corrosive paints of bitumin and jute covering for welding, clamping, necessary hardware for connection etc. including all labour and material complete as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1KV grade Aluminium power cable confoming to IS:1554 at under ground trench/direct on wall through pipes, clamping including supply of clamps etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Cable shall be supplied by Nalco as free issue item.

Up to 3.5cx185 Sqmm AYFY

Termination of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size, including supply of nickel plated double compression cable gland and crimping type socket, stripping of insulation, fixing of cable gland, core marking, crimping cable, including supply of all labour and materials complete as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Up to 3.5cx185 Sqmm AYFY

Supply, Installation, testing of MDB as per following specification including terminatiion of out going and incomeing cables/conduits/PVC pipe/wires required earth connection , glanding with supply of gland suitable for 3.5 core X185 sqmm Al, Ar cable complete including transportation , all labour suply, sundry materials like rag bolt ,cement etc as required and as per direction og EIC. SPECIFICATION : (Make: Legrand) Pre wired MDB type incomer 63A TPN MCCB, out going 4 nos DP MCB of 32AMPS, 10 nos SP MCB of 20A, and 7 nos of SP MCB of 10A. Rating: Bus Bar 1set with suitable neutral link and earthing link etc. complete with all components for out going feeder.
