OD165900/2025-2026: Maintenance and quarterly servicing of 5.5/11 TR air cooled ductable split Air Conditioner Units such as cleaning and servicing of indoor and outdoor unit ,cooling coils, finned surface of air cooled condenser using chemical materials, water pump, cleaning material and pressure air pump , checking of suction/discharge pressures,inspecting setting point of safety devices like cut out ,OL relay ,microprocessor sensors etc. also including attending minor petty repairs ,fuse call attending, rectifying defects if any- excluding the material) and maintaining of indoor and outdoor unit in proper working condition.(Rate for 4 servicing of 1 no: AC)

OD177768/2025-2026:Annual Maintenance and servicing of 1TR/1.5TR/2TR/3TR Air Conditioner Units (Vertical and Wall/Floor Mounting type Split AC unit such as cleaning and servicing of indoor and outdoor unit in yearly (ONE water servicing in an year with using chemical material water pump etc. and Three Air servicing in an year using cleaning material and pressure air pump etc.). AMC also includes attending minor petty repairs, attending complaints at the earliest when reported, rectifying defects if any- excluding the material) and maintaining of indoor and outdoor unit in proper working condition though out an year.

OD177774/2025-2026:Supply and replacing running capacitor of 36/45/50/60 mFD capacity of totaline/Godrej/Samsung or equivalent make

OD177775/2025-2026:Supply and renewing 2 Pole Power Contactors 12/18A AC3 for 1/1.5/2TR Split AC unit in place of the existing faulty ones and giving connections etc as required.

OD177776/2025-2026:Supply and renewing single phase Hermetically sealed Rotary Compressor suitable for 1.5 TR Non Inverter AC Unit in place of the existing faulty ones and fixing the unit including brazing, etc and giving connection , testing and commissioning as required..
