Taking down carefully copper or aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets bulk, head fitting, tube light fitting by unscrewing carefully from boards etc and making good, distrubed surface of walls floors etc.

M&L for Point wiring with multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable in PVC casing and capping, 1.5 Sqmm with all fittings/accessories and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper earth wire connected to common earth including closed recessed wooden terminal Boxes of suitable size made of 2nd class hard wood for mounting switches, sockets etc with 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for one light point or bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch, complete.

All as per Srl item No 02 here in before but for one 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket on same board.

Dismantling of existing service cable and submain wiring including casing caping from existing surface for replacement

S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty 10 sqmm 2 core flat cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 01 metre apart including 4 mm suspension complete all as specified.

Taking down old U/S UG cable of any size.

M & L LT UG cable 4 core x 25 sq mm 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated , armored, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including,cable gland lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) Excavation earth work and sand cushioning brick protectionand connected work etc. Shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule

Supply and fixing in replacement LED 1x18 Watt, 220 V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tubelight connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED light fitting mirror type with high output diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED bulb 9 watt, 230 volts.

S&F in replacement LED light fitting 1x9W/1x10W bulkhead luminaries including LED light driver holder connecting up three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size.

Supply and fixing in replacement square shape 12 watt 220 volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED luminarie 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete 6000K/3000K with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete.

S & F in replacement 3 Phase ON LOAD change over switch with side handle in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 63 A.

S & F in replacement single phase ON LOAD change over switch with side handle in sheet metal enclosure 2 pole of capacity 32 A.

Supply & fix LED building security light 45 watt energy efficient with bracket,suitable dia pipe for fixing the street light in wall all as directed.

Replacemet of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm and 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to the Galvanized iron earth wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 3 conected to earth test point as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Note :Deduction for amount of Rs 20,219.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
