(SH: Providing comprehensive consultancy services for Engineering Planning of Ground plus 4 building which includes soil investigation, preparation of models, preparation of Detailed estimate, Structural Design & Drawings, Service Design & drawings, Electrical Service drawings including approval of above drawings from appropriate authority).

Providing consultancy services for Engineering Planning & designing of building with Ground + 4 Storied and with approximately built-up area of 22723.47 Sqm including; (i) Survey, Soil Investigation, preparation of Model, Structural design & drawings i/c proof checking, all services design & drawings, preparation of bid document complete as per attached terms and conditions. (ii) Design & drawings of Water Supply, Sewerage, Storm Water, Rainwater Harvesting Scheme, Underground Sump, RCC Overhead tank without stages/Tank at terrace i/c Electro Mechanical Equipments, Horticulture & Landscaping and Interior works. (iii)Design & drawings of internal and external Electrical services (including cabling work), Rising Mains, Street Lighting, Energy meter board, Sub-station, DG Sets, HVAC, Mechanical ventilation scheme, Telephone Conduits with Central Intercom System, Firefighting scheme i/c Fire Alarm, Wet Riser System & Sprinkler Systems, BMS, Solar water heating system, Tube well for Horticulture purpose etc., Audio Video Systems, Access Control System, CCTV, Lifts and Water Supply Pumps etc. (iv) Preparation and submission of as built drawing of all services (Civil & Electrical) and obtaining occupation certificate from all appropriate authorities.
