Taking down carefully submain wiring including all accessories without disturbing existing wiring fittings fixtures etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces all as directed and as specified in any type and size all as directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with four single core PVC insulated cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sq. mm nominal area and drawing into PVC non metallic rigid PVC casing including one run of PVC insulated with 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of 4 sqmm cable, one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing caping will be measured as one unit.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with four single core PVC insulated cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sq. mm nominal area and drawing into PVC non metallic rigid PVC casing including one run of PVC insulated with 6.0 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of 6 sqmm cable,one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing caping will be measured as one unit.

Supply and fix 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium multistranded conductor of size 6 sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hanges not more than 1 meter apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular and including taking down old unserviceable wire all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium multistranded conductor of size 10 sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hanges not more than 1 meter apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular and including taking down old unserviceable wire all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc. all as directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked in and including heavy duty, PVC casing caping including all accessories etc ISI marked, with GI sunken boxes with earth dolly and 3mm laminated cover sheet suitable for fixing switches, sockets and regulators including PVC insulated stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

One fan point/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator.

One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent boad.

One 3 point 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.

One bell point controlled by one, bell switch 5 Amps.

All as per item No. 7 above but with stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sq mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 Volt grade ISI-694 marked for 3 pin, 15 Amp socket outlet, independent, including PVC insulated stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 7 to here-in-before but with 4 Sq mm stranded copper conductor for one power point on independent board and including 4 sqmm earth continuity wire for AC / equipments etc controlled by one SP/SPN MCB. (MCB will be measured saparately) Note : The point wiring wiil be done from DBs to the Switch sockets of any size with three wires running independently for each point and with no tappings.

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface bakelite with three terminals all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type button single pole one way 5 Amps with cover plate all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix socket outlet 3/5 pin 5 Amps flush type with cover plate all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch socket combination 2 in 1, 5/15 Amps flush type with cover plate all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ceiling fan regulator socketed, step type, flush type heavy duty suitable to work on 230 volts Ac supply complete with cover plate all as specified.

Supply and fix lamp Angular holder insulated body with back plate suitable for batten fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Bell Push flush type 5 Amps with cover plate all as specified and directed.

Suply and fix for Bell Electric Ding dong type suitable for operation on 230 volt 50 HZ A C supply complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix wall mounted LED batten including 20 watt LED tube rod both side connection complete all as specifiedand directed. Make : Havells cat No. LHLDEFXD5L8R020 and LHFXCEPITNNW020 or equivalent make of Bajaj/Philips/Wipro/Syska LED.

Supply and fix wall mounted LED tube rod 22 watt, pin on both side suitable for fixing upto 22 watt battens complete all as directed. Make : Havells cat No. LHLDEFXD5L8R020 or equivalent make of Bajaj/Philips/Wipro/Syska LED.

Supply and fix street /bldg security light LED luminaire 15 watt IP 66 LED lamp, driver etc, including service bracket with all accessories as specified and directed. Make : Havells, Type : 15W LED, Code : LHEWEBP7PL6S015 or equivalent make of Bajaj/Philips/Wipro/Syska LED.

Supply and fix in repair plastic body exhaust fan, AC single phase, 240 V of size 250 mm sweep with louvers including necessary connection and replacement of flexible copper cable from ceiling rose and taking down of old unserviceable fan complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells/Bajaj/Usha/Crompton.

Dismantling old unserviceable main switches, Sheet metal enclosures DB including MCBs etc and keeping in safe custody either for reuse or for disposal including making good to the disturbed surfaces of wall all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs metal plug and socket with MCB SP 20 amp 240 V enclosure for AC/equipment with neutral and earth point all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated single phase DB for fixing of MCBs, 8 ways double door with bus bar including grouting on the wall by means of screws and rawal plugs and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated single phase DB for fixing of MCBs, 4 ways double door with bus bar including grouting on the wall by means of screws and rawal plugs and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated three phase and Neutral DB for fixing of MCBs, 4 ways double door with bus bar including grouting on the wall by means of screws and rawal plugs and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to 4mm dia GI wire protected by 20 mm bore light grade galvanised iron pipe and other end connected to test point as directed including funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe with charcoal and common salt in alternaterlayers of 15 cm thickness all around the GI plate electrode with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with cast iron frame including cast iron cover10mm thick hinged to CI frame and 6mm MS rod for handle, necessary excavation and earth wok in hard/dense soil and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-I all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable UG cable including of any size and keeping in safe custody for disposal all as directed.

Supply and lay cable or fixed to wall/floors XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, Electric power cable heavy duty with stranded alluminium conductors,1100 volt grade, 16 Sq mm, 4 Core all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable or fixed to wall/floors XLPE insulated,PVC bedded, Galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, Electric power cable heavy duty with stranded alluminium conductors,1100 volt grade, 25 Sq mm, 4 Core all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified.

Returning, filling in with soil obtained from excavation including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brick protection cover to undergroung cable with sub class "B" over brunt brick (locally available best quality) laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified.

Material and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse and for sand cushioning for under ground cable including spreading and puning down desired thickness compete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.

Material & labour GI tube light grade 25 mm for protection of UG cable including dismantling of old unsv pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 600x600 mm/ 300x300mm/ round PL type light fitting down lighter complete with all accessories all as directed.

Supply and fix 600x 600 mm LED type down lighter 18-42 Watt complete with drivers, connecting accessories and provision of fixing arrangement in false ceiling complete all as directed. Make :- Havells cat No. VENUSNEOH2X2PLR 18-42WLED830MOD or equivalent make of Bajaj/Philips/Wipro/Syska LED.

Supply and fix 300x 300 mm LED type down lighter 9-15 Watt complete with drivers, connecting accessories and provision of fixing arrangement in false ceiling complete all as directed. Make :- Havells cat No. PLUTOSURFACE1X1PLS15WLED840S or equivalent make of Bajaj/Philips/Wipro/Syska LED.

Supply and fix round Round down lighter 6-9 Watt complete with drivers, connecting accessories and provision of fixing arrangement in false ceiling complete all as directed. Make:- Havells cat No. EDGEPRODDLR6WLED857S or equivalent make of Bajaj/Philips/Wipro/Syska LED.

Taking down MCCB's /change over of any size and capacity all as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB's 4 Pole, 415 volts Adjustable type, 160 Amp with breaking capacity of 36 kA all as specified.

Supply and fix MCCB's 4 Pole, 415 volts Adjustable type, 200 Amp with breaking capacity of 36 kA all as specified.
