e-Tender for Engagement of Registered Service Provider for Implementation Operation and Maintenance of Short-Term Training (STT) under PMKVY 4.0

Bidder must enclose sufficient documents regarding their experience in execution of work order, maintenance/implementation of similar service in different modes (Copy of Work order and respective Work done certificate should be attached)

Bidder should have received at list one work Order from Govt. of India/Karnataka for STT implementation in First Grade Colleges for at least 500 candidates (Proof copy should be enclosed). Preference shall be given to bidders who have conducted similar works with latest work orders by implementing recent norms

Bidder should be a Public Private Limited Company /Proprietorship/ LLP/JV

Bidder must enclose the GST Registration Certificate and submit GST remitted challans for the last two years (2023-24 and 2024-25)

Bidder should have registered head office in Karnataka. Copy of Registration certificate should be attached

Bidder should have sufficient Technically Qualified Staff (IT, ITES, IS, CSE,MCA & related) and should be in position to provide as much required to complete the task. Certification should be attached along with Staff list and their Education Qualification Information

The bidder should not have involved in any litigation that may have an impact or compromise the delivery of services as required under this contract. Declaration should be enclosed on letter head.

The bidder should not have been Black listed by Govt. of Karnataka / Other State Govts / Government of India. Undertaking Certificate should be attached on Rs.100 bond paper

Bidders Registration under EPF/ESI (Bidder should enclose EPF Registration Certificate if the company is having more than 21 employees as per government norms. Else, bidder must upload declaration on letter head)

Bidder must submit Course Execution plan in letter head (Conduct of Courses in hours Offline and online mode) with respect to the timeline allotted

Bidder must Submit Acceptance Bond on a Rs.100 Bond Paper that they will not quit in between until Completion of the Training successfully. Else they will be liable to forfeiture of Security Deposit and additional penalty as applicable for the remaining term of project

Bidder Should Submit copy of PAN Card and enclose last two years (F.Y 2023-24 and 2024-25) IT return copy

Bidder must submit P&L Account, Balance Sheet for last 2 Years (i.e F.Y 2023-24 and 2024-25)

Bidder must be solvent. Submit Solvency certificate worth Rs. 50 Lakhs in the name of The Registrar, Rani Channamma University, Belagavi issued by Nationalized/Scheduled bank.

Bidder should have achieved Annual Turnover of Rs. 150.00 Lakhs or more in at least one financial year from previous three year (i.e F.Y 22-23, 23-24, 24-25). Annual Turnover Certificate duly issued by registered chartered accountant with UDIN Number should be attached
