Repairs to fuel Injector system by way of disconnecting of high pressure fuel lines from the inline fuel injection pump S4 Engine of DRR No. 402 Wilson and removing the fuel injection pump by means of specialised tools and tackles. The Job includes cleaning of the outer surface of the fuel pump and removing of delivery valve holder .The Job Further includes overhauling of F.I Pump by way of removing of delivery valves,nozzel elements uper spring seats,plungers with barrel and control sleeve with control rack and fuel injectors. The Job includes replacement of nozzel elements followed by refitting of nozzels phasing and callibration of Fuel injection pump The job further includes refitting of fuel injection pump along with high pressure fuel line for satisfactory perfoprmance of fuel injection pump on full load.The machine is stationed at Dawer Gurez hence required job and performance testing to be done at site Gurez.The rate includes all kind of chargee including transportation.
Complete wiring of DRR No.402 W/S by way of remocval of old damaged wires,faulty Fuses and providing and fitting of 2mm square copper wire from battery to alternator and lights,from battery to self starter switch,insulation tape including labour and transportation charges for wiring of the machine at site Daver Gurez
Repair to Alternator of DRR No.402 W/S by way of replacement to faulty cut out and carbon brush set and providing and fitting of the same. The job also includes proper cleaning of complete unit at site Daver Gurez
Repairs to Radiator of DRR NO.402 W/S by way of washing of the radiator to remove dirt and other foreign bodies on the outer periphery of Radiator tubes and Radiator core. Washing of Radiator tubes by high pressure water jet containing adequate quantity of caustic through the Radiator tubes to remove the deposited silt on the inside of the choked tubes. Brazing of the Radiator tubes and upper and lower Radiator tanks at requisite spots and refitting of the Radiator tubes on the Radiator core after necessary repairs. The job includes testing of the radiator for checking any sort of leakage after conducting the necessary repairs. This is to be carried out at Daver Gurez
