Dismantling of 10 cusec Mather Plate pumping unit and shifting to loading site and carrying to workshop in a private vehicle for necessary repairs.
Re-metaling of worn out bearing seat by way of welding, turning, finishing and balancing on lath machine. The job also includes making of threads.
Providing and fitting of Double row ball bearing 3313 and its adequate greasing.
Providing and fitting of double row ball cum thrust bearing 5313TN and its adequate greasing.
Manufacturing, providing & fitting of Sleeve out of SS-400 material as per requirement.
Manufacturing, Providing & fitting of SS check nut as per sample.
Manufacturing, Providing & fitting of Mild steel gland as per requirement.
Manufacturing, Providing & fitting of pump studs.
Providing and fitting of palmative packing.
Providing & fitting of oil seals.
Providing & fitting of thrust springs big and small.
Providing and fitting of Tc-016 couplings set complete for pumping unit at lift Irrigation scheme Wadoora, Achabal-II and Rabban along with flexible rubber tyre. The job includes taking of dimensions at site & then boring of holes at workshop to the coupling halves which shall match with the size of shaft of pump and motor. The job includes removal of old damaged coupling and then fitting of new coupling assembly at site and testing on full load.
Back carriage of pump after necessary repairs from work shop to site and then installing and successfully testing on full load.
