Painting all the exposed surfaces of Hoist bridge

OD16584/2022-2023:Painting all the exposed surfaces of the Hoist bridge with two coats of epoxy coal tar black paint confirming to IS14948 with a minimum film thickness of 150+/-5 microns per each coat over two coats of priming coat applied with zinc primer containing not less than 85% of zinc dry film with a film thickness of 70+/-5 microns , so that the total film thickness of all coats including priming coat at any rate is not less than 350microns over the grit blasted and cleaned surface to class A standard of IS 14177 including cost of all materials , labor charges , cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officer at site

Dismantling the existing hoist unit of 10 Nos of Emergency shutters and Erecting newly fabricated hoisting bridge units

OD16746/2022-2023:Dismantling and removing old damaged Hoisting bridge and Hoist unit of the existing Emergency shutters for facilitating erection of new one.
