E/W in excavation (hard rock) of Trench for accessing the spots to be welded in leaking pipes by manual means over areas ( exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 metres and lift upto 1.5m as directed by site incharge. (The Trench shall be of size 8 feet in length, 2 feet in depth and 2 feet in width at multiple spots.

Mechanical transportation. Loading, unloading of Skilled technician and cutting, welding equipment for MS pipes using load carrier auto, minivan or similar. The Job includes to and fro motion of the equipment from workshop to site and vice versa.

Cutting of mild steel pipes (04 no) at two spots with the help of gas cutting equipment. The cutting is done in order to turn the pipe upside down so that the worn out portion of the pipe which was at the beneath comes at the top side for its proper repairing and this will also ensure that the pipe does not get eroded because of being embedded in soil or rock as it is already worn out.

Fitting back of the pipes ( 04 no)after turning them upside down by way of electric arc welding of mild steel pipes at two spots . The Job includes all tools, tackles, skilled technician required for completion of the Job.

Repairs to 350mm dia rising main at various leaking spots ( 08 no.) by way of providing and fitting of new MS strips of size 1 feet x 1 feet (thickness 4mm) if required using electric arc welding.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in Trenches, plinth, sidesd of foundations etc. in layers and consolidating layer by ramming and watering, lead as per site and lift upto 1.5m. The refilling is to be done below the pipe after carrying out the welding of the leaking spots.
