Supplying all labour materials, T&P for fitting and fixing of suitable control pannel for 0.50HP pump set (Make - V-guard/ CG/ Kirloskar) - 14nos

Supplying all materials,labour,T&P for Earth work in all kinds of soil within 50m initial lead And 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and Breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in Layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per Direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all materials,labour,T&P forFilling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and Rammed.

Supplying all materials,labour,T&P for Cement concrete(1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal.

Supplying all materials,labour,T&P for Cement concrete (1:1½:3) for R.C.C. works with 12mm size hard granite chips including hoisting and laying.

M.S. Reinforcement for R.C.C. works including cutting,bending, binding and tying grills and placing in position including cost of M.S.Rods,binding wire 18 to 20 gauge. (per MT.)

Supplying all materials,labour,T&P for25 cm F.Ash Brick work in CM (1:4) in foundation and plinth .

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor.

Supplying all materials,labour,T&P for Fly ash bricks of 25cmx12cmx8cm. Size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm. With dimensional tolerance +2%. percentin cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth

Supplying all materials, Labour T&P for 12mm thick C.P.in C.M(1:3) as per P.H.Secification etc.

Fixing Tiles to dados skirting & risers of steps on 12mm. thick C.P (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles all complete with cost of precast tiles.

Fixing tiles (glazed tile) in floors,treads of steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade including cost of brushes and putty.

Distempering two coats with any approved shade.

Fabricating supplying and fixing iron shutter with iron chaukahat made out of 35mm x 35mm x 5mm M.S.angle 25mm x 6mm M.S flat and 18gauge M.S. sheet fitted with aldrop, door handle tower bolt etc. complete

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for construction of 1.20mtr.dia.x2.55mtr. Deep soak-way pit with dry brick walling up to 2.10mtr. height and bbrick work with cement mortar (1:6) for 0.45mtr. height of wall at top,cement plaster (1:3) inside and outside,inside filled with dry brick khoa of 50mm.to 100mm.size to a height of 2.00mtr.from bottom, covered by means of 40mm.thick R.C.C. perforated slab,50mm.thick R.C.C.well cover in pieces fitted with iron rings including earth work in excavation and refilling of cavity around the pit etc. all complete as per approved design and drawing.Soak-way pit size (1.20mtr.dia.x2.55mtr.)

Supplying all materials,labour and T&P for constructing 5 user septic tank with R.C.C. top slab in (1:1.5:3 ) mix with foundation concrete (1:2:4 ) inside plaster 12mm. thick with cement mortar (1:3) finished with neat cement punning, 12mm. thick out side plaster (1:3),brick work with K.B. bricks with crushing strength not less than 75kg/sqcm. in cement mortar (1:3) finished smooth complete as per specification (Size - 1.5 x 0.75 x 1.80mtr)

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for construction of 3000ltr Capacity RCC Sump etc. all complete as per approved design and drawing - 14nos

Earth work in ordinary soil within 50mtr initial lead and 1.5mtr initial lift including rough dressing and breaking of clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3mtr in depth as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. .

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the bese coarse and stacking the usefull materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50mtr lead.

Dismantling and removing marble chips dados,skirting from walls including racking out joints 12mm.deep and stacking the usefull materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50mtr lead.

Cutting grooves in pucca floor and walls for taking GI/PVC pipes and making good the damages to wall and floor per mtr.

Fitting & fixing G.C.I. Sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties including cost of materials ,labour for fixing etc all complete.

Supplying all materials,labour and T&P for fixing water closet (I.W.C. or Orissa pan) duly embedded in cement concrete (1:3:6) using 12mm. size h.b.g. chips [Excluding foot rest for I.W.C. and trap] all complete as per specification.

Fixing Wash Down Water Closet (European type W.C pan) with integral ‘S’ or ‘P’ trap conforming to IS 2556 : Part 8-2004, to the floor with wooden plug and chromium plated screws including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar (1:1) etc all complete as per specification.

Supplying all materials,labour and T&P for fixing 10 ltr capacity low level cistern with fitting such as siphonic arrangement,15mm. nominal size PVC ball valve with polythene float chromium plated brass handle, unions and couplings for connection with inlet, outlet and over flow pipes, 40mm.dia. porcelain enamelled flush bend, 12mm. dia.
