Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross- section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminated shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Supplying and Installing in position the signages approved by Kerala state fire service - of minimum size 1ft x 1.5ft made out of PVC rigid sheet 3mm thick with computer cut PVC non- reflective self adhesive imported vinyl painted on the front of PVC rigid sheet complete with wall mounting arrangements with mirror screws, with lettering- ASSEMBLY AREA

Signboards: Supply and Installation of Fire Escape Plan with fire fighting equipment location, exit in A3 Foam sheet with plastic lamination with necessory accessories to fix it on wall.

Supply and fixing in position "Fire Order" signage in suitable size made of high quality PVC foam sheet with photo luminescent lamination to make it glow automatically in the dark, with suitable arrangement to fix it on wall.

Miscellaneous

Preparation of initial and final drawings, submission to Panchayath, Municipality, KSEB, Electrical Inspectorate, Kerala Water Authority, State Pollution Control board, Fire Department, Factories and Boilers and other agencies if any for getting approval, sanction and No Objection Certificate for "building permit" and "completion" from Fire Department. Quoted rate shall be excluding statutory fee. (All statutory fees shall be borne by Client-actual statutory fees shall be reimbursed on submission of original bill/challans from authorities).
